Status: offline 		If he didn't mean using the military, then he is a piss-poor communicator, and he really needs to work on that.
 
In the fallout of his speech at the Wilson Center, he answered critics with "'The misreporting that was done needs to be cleared up,' Obama said. 'I never called for an invasion of Pakistan". Well, why didn't he "clear" things up?

         It was in the very first quote, Hippie, and then repeated numerous times throughout the thread.  Since he made that statement, Barry's handlers have apparently explained to him just how fucking stupid a remark it was, so he hasn't used alternative verbiage to repeat it.

       Obtuse is boring.

MISREPORTING.  And the continued bullshit about what some "think" he said, as evidenced by this thread.

Seems to me "I never called for an invasion of Pakistan" cleared that up fairly well. I don't know how things are in the Rush/Drudge/WorldNetDaily Galaxy, but here, it's almost a certainty that "I never called for an invasion of Pakistan" means "I never called for an invasion of Pakistan."

We all know what he meant. He mis-spoke. He made a mistake. Which isnt surprising since he has absolutely no foreign policy experience whatsoever. Yet he is going to be this great savior and bring world peace?

Give me a break.... He's going to make multiple mistakes and countries like Iran are going to make a fool out of him just like they made a fool out of Jimmy Carter.

This is exactly why Hamas says they want him elected.

No, he can't please everyone, that's for sure. That's one thing about Hillary that turns me off..... she comes across as trying to do so. Maybe that's just my perception of her, though.

Hey Hippiekinkster - why not check and see if Nader is available again this year. You know the guy, I'm sure. He was the only antiwar candidate on the ballot last time.

No, I'm the one saying he didn't use the words "invade Pakistan"; "military action", "move troops into Pakistan", or any combo thereof. Sad that you aren't able to tell the difference. By stooping to ad-hominem attacks and trying to put words into my mouth, you've already lost the argument.
