it's a maple bar, no cream filling...it is not round and it doesnt' have a hole...unlike myself, and yes i do have creamy filling.

we have eclaires that look like that too..can be maple, butterscotch, or chocolate on top.  but tim hortons stopped selling them...i dont know why...the chocolate eclaires were the best thing there.  chocolate on top with creme on top and inside.  some even had sprinkles on the creme or smarties.
