I have three bottles of Westvleteren in my fridge. As you might guess, I'm very fond of Belgian beer.

So what beers, styles, regions, do you rate?

Ooops ... missed that. The title was too subtle for me!

Mind you, someone rates Guinness? That's like rating rancid socks as an aid to art appreciation...

Agreed.

I like Steinlarger - a New Zealand beer - smooth - doesn't rip your throat out - and whats more - i like it with lime cordial in it!   There is nothing to beat a nice larger-and-lime when it is hot.

Pabst Blue Ribbon.  .  Seriously though, I watched a Bullshit episode with Penn and Teller once.  They replaced all this expensive wine and food with the cheapest shit they could find.  The so called experts didn't notice the difference.  You don't have to pay a lot of money to get decent beer.  It's all pretty much made the same way.  So called connoisseurs are really just pretentious fools trying to impress themselves.

I have a twelve pack of Miller Lite longnecks in the fridge. When it comes to coffee I can be a bit of a snob but I love pedestrian beer.

Budweiser.
That's why it's among the best sellers too!

A couple of my favorites:

Caffrey's Irish Cream Ale (but this isn't imported into the US anymore, so now I get Wexford and that's pretty good too)

Moretti (I like the dark)

and here's a list to answer the big question: Beer Advocate Best Beers on Planet Earth

My usual is Yeungling lager. A Pennsylvania beer, its so popular here that when at a bar all you need to ask for is "Lager, bottle" or "Lager, draft" and it's what you get. Good stuff.  I'm not a fancy beer person, but I really enjoy Frazeskaner (which I'm sure I spelled wrong) and Smithwicks as well.
