Good luck to finding that....love and collars dont always go hand in hand...i was friends with Master for two years before we "dated" a few months then talked about a collar...to each there own....LOL

I am Owned by the love of my life and have been for about 8 months. I am not now offically collared nor will I be for at least 1 1/2 years. Both of us see our exsisting relationship as a very permenant comittment as is...we feel that the collaring is a goal we will reach together when the time is right and we feel that like marriage it should not be rushed.

I met julie in 1993 and we fell in love fast. We were married in less than 30 days while still on our second date. It was a contracted D/s relationship. The marriage lasted 8 years. She was older than me and couldn’t have kids… we divorced but remained friends and lovers. In fact, she came by my house today to bring me some food. We are family and have been for 15 years…we always will be. She is one of best people I have ever met.

On the other hand, I met a wonderful girl online. We talked for weeks on the phone, we met, our 4 day long date turned into 8. Seemed like a perfect match and I collared her. She went back home to get her stuff and I moved her out here with me. Although it lasted 2 years, it didn’t work out so good and if I had known what I knew in the 3rd month, I never would have taken it to the next level in the first place.

There are your stories. The moral, you can’t win or loose if you don’t roll the dice but, the odds of winning increase with time. The old fashioned etiquette of waiting 6 months would have saved my second story from mistakes.

My story isnt really a D/s success story but it did start online. I met my husband in an online game while he was stationed over in japan. We talked constantly for months, and eventually started using a program called team speak to talk as if we we're on the phone. Eventually when he was getting stationed back in the states he told me he wanted me to come meet him. Since we had already spent 9 months talking non stop we were in love. Been together for 4 years now, married for 2. And yes, my ticket was one way, not round trip.

just a quick update to those who are interested.

i did end up in Vancouver last weekend, and Sir Task did drive in to town to meet me. halfway to town he realized he had forgotten to bring the collar though..

we had a good first meeting, and took a taxi down Robson street and went out to dinner and had a very pleasant evening. i took some new pictures of him for his profile, wont have them ready till get back home and can crop them on my computer.

Sir Task ended up having some family issues come up that weekend that he is still dealing with, so we ended up only having the one meeting, and any talk of collaring has been put aside for the moment.

very glad to have met him, though! he is much handsomer, and more interesting than his profile suggests.
