as for these cars you can hear when theyre coming up-i hope they are being reported and bitched about as much as the loud motorcycles were in an earlier thread....

If they wake me up at 3 am, you're damned right they would. The difference is, the big engine car guys tend to know when not to rev their engine for no reason. Long as I've been on this world, I've never seen a muscle car driver being a punk and revving for the hell of it. They start it up, and go. Perhaps they peel out at the lights or stop signs...but that's different. That's out on the road, not sitting in their driveway at 3 am gunning the engine for the hell of it.

I want one.

That is not a Camaro.

It's a great looking rig...but it ain't a Camaro.

I'd much rather have one of the new ones coming out, than one of the ones of the late 80's or 90's. I think the gas crunch in the 70's really destroyed what muscle cars were. I don't care much for the cameros or mustangs from the 'in between time' between the mid-70's and about 2005. I have no use for any of 'em. I think the new camaro looks much more like the old ones...the REAL ones...than the 80's or 90's versions did.

The only car I think that held up through the "between years" was the Trans-am.  I don't think I've ever seen a TA that I didn't like.

This one makes me drip , and it's only two hundred and forty thousands Euros. Very affordable, considering the value you get for the money.

PS: *choke, cough, cough, choke*

PPS: got first price wrong: it's even cheaper than I thought. Aaaah, breathing [:)] .

oh my goodness kittin....what in the hell is that?  it made me breathe hard...imagine driving it!

I have watched Transformers over, and over again, and everytime, I drool over Bumble Bee (the Camaro). I like the older one.s I had a 76 and a 78, but the new one is so................ I cannot even think of a word that describes it, but B-E-A-utiful is close.

Yeah, that scene when he first rolls up after 'updating' his look was pretty cool. And the music was just perfect.

I get wet just thinking about it.... is that wrong?

Nope. Just put a towel down so you don't get my seat wet, ok?

DementedGirl -> RE: 2010 Camaro (5/24/2008 8:51:00 PM)

Only if they are leather seats...then again... I do like the smell of wet leather.

Not in my passenger seat you don't.

DementedGirl -> RE: 2010 Camaro (5/24/2008 9:46:19 PM)

A nice, well lubricated leather is nothing to harp at. Besides unless it is a Camaro or a Coverette you have nothing to worry about.

I wouldn't have a new corvette. Though a Challenger, Camaro, or Mustang...that's a different story.

DementedGirl -> RE: 2010 Camaro (5/24/2008 10:12:49 PM)

As far as the Mustang goes, what year would depend on it?

Current. Or....current when I am ready to purchase it that is.

evoLChristine -> RE: 2010 Camaro (5/27/2008 11:36:22 AM)

oh the naughty things i would do in that car.... or with the size of that back seat the hood would be fine :)

And leave a huge dent in the hood ....for shame!!!  These cars and not made with the same type of metal that was used back in the 70's  when you could have made out on the hood, now a days just using your thumb and an anchor on the metal part to open thje door handle can leave a dent,  imagine what a 150 pounds on the hood will do.....
