Most men don't even notice all of the things that women obsess over where their bodies are concerned.

You need to speak to your master rather than asking strangers about it.  It may not bother him at all..., but it may just bother him if you go altering his property without speaking to him first.

Down side to having them tattooed, besides the pain of having one of the most sensitive areas on your body tattooed, is that if you gain or lose weight for any reason you'll stretch the tattoo and make it mis-shapened. The pigmentation will still fade over time unfortunately even in a tattoo. I'm not sure what to recommend, I know thinner skin such as the aerola tans first and darker so you could try something as simple as buying a tanning enhancer and try a tanning bed, but I honestly don't know if that would work with your condition or is even plausable. Tattoo is always an option, but that skin is so thin it's going to hurt like hell and can still end up messed up, only permenantly. Does it bother your Master? The most unabrasive thing would be acceptance and discussion with Him about how you feel, but that doesn't always work when we're looking at we consider a flaw in ourselves.

Whatever you choose, good luck to you.

EXACTLY!

beth tells me she has some stretch marks and other 'scars' - I've never seen them.

I really don't know what to tell you about it.  I don't know how effective it would be.  Have you asked your doctor about it?  He should be able to tell you if it would be effective or not.  I looked up vitiligo and briefly read about it.  It seems there are all sorts of treatment options for it.

First thing I would question is whether tattooing - adding specific artificial pigmentation to the skin - would do any good for someone who has problems with loosing pigmentation.  Tattoos fade over time even for those of us who do Not have such a problem - though it's worse for ink that's exposed to sunlight, etc., so in the area where you're talking about having something done it's not As much a consideration.  (Unless, of course, you tend to do nude suntanning/tanning bed time - since it's the UV from sunlight that causes the ink to fade.)

Second thing to consider - tattoos ARE painful to aquire.  Period, end of discussion, they Hurt to get them, even for someone who Enjoys pain.  (As who should know better than a pain junkie with several tattoos!)  The more sensative an area is naturally, the more it's going to hurt to get tattooed there.  If your breasts are particularly sensative, especially the areola area right around the nipple - then it could easily be an excruciatingly painful experience for you to get tattooed there.  If you aren't overly sensative in the breast area, chances are it's not going to hurt any Worse than an area like the lower (underside) of the arm.  (For me, the underside/inside of the arm has been a really difficult area to have worked on while I finish sleeving out on one side - it's more prone to scar tissue naturally, and more sensative than the outside of the arm as well.)

Third thing to consider is what Level and Naughty both mentioned - how does your partner feel about the issue?  Have you talked to him - both about your self consciousness concerning the lack of natural pigmentation, and concerning his opinions on trying a means of artificial remedy?  As your Partner - power dynamic not withstanding - he has a place in your decision making process.  From a personal standpoint, it would be my Hope that his opinion is based on how you feel about yourself - either agreeing, if he honestly thinks it's going to help you improve your self image (which imo is always a good thing) or disagreeing if he feels that it would be bad for you on some level such as physically or emotionally (from it being a stopgap in deeper psychological self image issues.)

Either way, keep in mind that Every person is going to react differently to tattooing as a procedure.  Biological acceptance or rejection of ink and the rates at which it occure differ.  How you will react to the Specific Type of pain induced by the needle is going to vary both from how someone else reacts and how different Portions of your body react.  How well certain colors show up is going to be different for you than for someone else, even someone else with the same condition as yourself.  Don't go into it with the idea that it's going to be some miracle cure if there are underlying psych issues - it might, it might not, but it's better to err on the side of the conservative where such are concerned, and be pleasantly surprised if it turns out that it is, rather than disappointed if it isn't.

You may want to read this site about tattooing nipples

One consideration since you have health problems is that the metals in the inks  can interfer with some diagnostic equipment like MRI's  there are other medical issues this site makes mention of , which would make you a poor candidate and will not likely work for you

mri's usually only have trouble with metal in the body...anywhere.  i have a pacemaker...i cant do this.  but all other procedures/tests are perfectly fine.  i am heavily inked as well.
i do yearly checkups for my heart condition and no problems have occurred with any of their machines.

I just don't mess with the nipples and the breasts--there are those milk glands in there--who knows what would happen IMHO---this is touted as a great nipple color product:  maybe try that first?

Chyanna, your Master has you b/c you are unique, which means he enjoys everything about you, part of which are those seeming imperfections. I also have a skin condition, I have eczema which presents itself as dry/flaky skin and b/c I am also very fair skinned I scar quickly and easily. I'm covered in minor scars, skin tears and also a couple of big scars. I have long since made peace with my imperfections and if I could have them removed I'd opt not to - they show a history of my life. Make peace with yours, learn to enjoy your imperfections (they add/not detract).

A man owns a woman because he values her.  Your Master owns you because he values you.  That is the essence of ownership.

My slave is self-conscious about her body for several reasons....but it is a pleasure to me regardless.  No matter the flaws she sees in herself, I see a desired and cherished slave, a woman that I enjoy immensely.

Tell him how you feel.  Get his thoughts on the tattooing.  If he does not want you to change anything.....take comfort in the reality that he values you as you are, regardless of how "imperfect" you may perceive yourself to be.

With an underlying medical condition I absolutely positively wouldnt even consider a tattoo shop to do what is essentially a cosmetic surgical procedure in this case rather than regular body art.  If you do it at all, I would have it done by a liscenced esthetician who is certified to apply permanent make up. That kind of person is found in a medical spa, and will be wearing a lab coat not a biker jacket. You know in a lot of places, all thats needed to call yourself a "tatoo artist" is a $300 starter set from eBay and the ability to trace flash. To tattoo an anchor on some sailors arm is one thing but cosmetic work is a whole other ballgame. An ex-girlfriend of mine got "pemanent make up" at a tattoo shop and she looks like a fucking clown. Seriously she is fucking mutilated - and looks like a cross between an old country singer, a washed out whore, and Tammy Baker. By comparison another woman I dated got it at a medical spa and she looks like a model who had it airbrushed on. Beware what you hire - you wouldnt get a plumber to do the piping in a nuclear plant and you dont want a tattoo artist doing cosmetic surgery.

Edited to add the following link : http://www.spcp.org/  Thats the society for permanent cosmetic professionals. They will prob have better answers for you and what to look for in finding a certified technician.

if you want to do it at home to your family...cause your friends certainly wouldnt want one from you.  and you'd be using the same needle so that means std's.  and 300 wont buy you cleaning supplies and chances are you'd be smoking and or drinking while doing it.

ya its that easy.... what about custom work...its not easy drawing something from someone who comes in and tells you i want this, and that, and this...without any kind of picture.  all my work has personal custom edit's that was talked with my artist about.

not to mention you must have steady hands...AND MANY ARTISTS DO FREE HAND ONLY.

what you are describing is not a tattoo artist.  it is a bloke.

Chyanna, you've gotten some excellent advice and opinions here already, the best being talk to your Master first and foremost and let him know your feelings and thoughts. More than likely, he doesn't even notice the patches. Men don't see things the way we women do. I just had this conversation last night with my Master about makeup and he is very emphatic about me not needing it. Also, as a redhead, my areolas are very light naturally so not all women have darker areolas. It could look perfectly natural to him.

Just remember that he finds you beautiful for you, as you are, not for some idealistic fashion model.

I understand how it feels to have something physical that makes you feel ugly or like a freak. It sucks, plain and simple. I understand too, the wanting for something that can fix or alter it..cover it up etc. Unfortunately it looks like tattooing wouldn't work, but I like the henna idea!I'm glad that your master is empathetic and supportive, for giving you permission to change things if you feel the need to. It isn't just a matter of 'accepting what is wrong and it will be fine', body shame can go really deep. Maybe the day will come when you can look into the mirror and not see the vetiligo before you see your self. I sure do hope the henna works, actually that could be fun if he did the designing on you... hmmmmm.
