Ok! Raise your hands ladies, who else thinks that darchChylde is the perfect sub? I can't be the only one who has been a little jealous of his owner from time to time. *shrug* It's ok. I'm not one of those evil witches who tries to snatch someone else's toys.

We've been talking over on "The Good Ones are Taken" about training up a sub to be a "Good One" or maybe even the "Perfect One." I'm thinking that's a totally different conversation. What makes the "Perfect Sub"? How does one draw out those qualities? Do those qualities that we as Ladies prefer need to be inherent in the personality of a sub or can we 'beat it' into them?

Well I reckon a clone of darchChylde and pixel slave would be pretty damned ideal LOL! Add in a sprinkle of LadyPact's little clip, some of TammyJo's Fox and DV's Fox ... and wow!

I'm just waiting for Fox's ego to get out of control now that he knows he is prime sub ingredients.

I believe that the majority of a good slave potential comes from their personality. We can never beat that into them. I have never met a sub that needed anything beaten into them that was worth a shit for very long.

Well, I like cheese, lettuce, plenty of mayo...Oh, wait. :P

On a serious note, I need someone with a strong will or I WILL lose respect over time, and if I don't respect them...well, it'll get ugly pretty quickly, and then I'll get bored and it'll be over.
The flip side, of course, is he (or she) has to use that will to behave just as I want him or her to; I'm not interested in SAMs or challenges.
As a dominant, I pretty much want your basic good submissive; helpful, considerate, thoughtful, bends when pushed, intelligent, can make me smile, etc. As a sadist, I need someone who is happy to take the pain I like to dish out. Simple, really. :)

I think the idea of a "perfect submissive" gets in the way of finding someone who is perfect *for you.*

Martin Buber said that god is created in the way that two people interact with each other. Perfection (if it exists) comes about in the same way -- through the care and nurturing of each other.

I won't define perfection, but I will recognize it when I see it.

Maybe I am lucky, but I found 2 perfect submissives. Fox is the perfect partner, for me, and it shows in every interaction we have. Angel is far from the perfect partner, but he is the perfect baby for me.
Without sounding sappy, I dont think there is much I coud add to either boy that would make them much better than they already are, except perhaps give Angel the ability to comfortably snuggle, and make Fox flexible enough to manage his own ecclecti artistic interests.

I am sorry to say that DarchChylde is NOT the perfect sub......for ME. This is not to say that I do not sigh with envy when I see his posts...... Same with the adorable Aidan.....

Personally? I'm not going to even begin to tell the general public how perfect a submissive the boykin is. If I did, other women would become even more of a pain in my ass than they already are.
