Man i wish i had read of this rule back when i was dating vanilla. i had way too many lovers who only wanted bjs; they didn't even wanna f**k. And i put up with it...sad to say.
This makes sense to me in D/s as well; i was a little surprised by yr list of activities that would likely exceed the 30% rule...i had never really thought about it. i've been asked about lactation quite a bit and it's something i have a mild interest in, but i'd certainly not be willing to spend hours on.
