Its a legitimate question - Obama's half brother and his cousin want to destabilize Africa and to oust a US friendly regieme in favor of a radical islamic state. Will the President of the US let that happen. Will Barrack Hussein Obama, if necessecary, order an air strike on his own family reuinion? Thats not whacked, thats fact. Look them up and see for yourself if those are the relatives you want the President to have.... Osama bin laden's cousins and immediate family sort of treat him as an outsider. I think just because someone's related, can't use that solely as the reason. They actually hate the fact that he's tarnishing their name and their religion with his extremist views and life. I know I don't want to be held accountable for what the black sheep of the family or some weird uncle did, while I'm busy doing my own things... Like Bill Clinton (ivy league, law school, oxford, rhodes scholar, president, self-made multi-millionaire) vs. his brother (drunk washup). Maybe they shouldn't have voted for Bill cuz he might get drunked and screw up the country? Then again look at GWB, the one who fucked up the country, and his father.... striking difference, though they look the same. Maybe the mafia with close family ties, you can jump to conclusions about family connections. I think the opinion of the family towards the member doing such-and-such is important, like Osama Bin Laden's family not liking him..are they sincere? I'd be concerned if they actually liked him. Hitler's american cousin might draw more eyes to him... how related are they, and how much exposure they had towards him? Did Hitler raise his American cousin? Was the cousin exposed to his extremist environment growing up? whatever to the family thing they can be good or bad, similar or disimilar, but over time you can prove the type of person you are regardless of them. Of course, immediate family or whoever you grew up with plays an important part, but I like to think people can be individuals, and not always operate as a family unit. I believe in the individual. Maybe in other countries and environments, families matter more.

DA, Once more do you have any evidence besides Odinga's claims that they're related? Senator Obama's close relartives in Kenya deny any relation beyond being from the same region. Furthermore Arap Moi's government was quite corrupt and opposing it was a quite honorable thing. Post election violence after another corrupt government tried to steal an election is also understandable although nothing you presented indicates Odinga ordered or condoned the violence. However Odinga is the Prime Minister of Kenya and is definitely not trying to topple the government he now leads. So who precisely doesn't know African politics? Why are you claiming the PM of Kenya is trying to overthrow his government? Is that like all the BS you made up to try and protect GWB until I dropped the whole story on you and you had to resort to claiming it was ok with you for people to wear military insignia and badges they didn't earn? But once again are you condemning Senator Obama for something you counterfactually claim someone who baselessly asserts to be his relative is doing? And where is your evidence, not more baseless assertions, against Roy?

Everyone I ever saw step out of a tactical jet was wearing the exact same thing he was - not once in my whole Navy Career did I see someone flying in a Navy aircraft wearing leotards and a pink tu tu.

I wore a set of wings on my uniform too. I earned my Army Air Crew wings at the age of 18. Not really that hard to do. Our crew chiefs wore flightsuits that were exactly the same as the ones worn by the pilots. Hell, I was authorized to wear one if I bought it. When I left my guard unit to join the navy, I still wore my wings. I did it every time some asshole told me I had to wear this or that. I just had to carry a copy of my paperwork with me showing that I earned them. Most people assumed they were anything but what they were. Most also assumed that I was not entitled to wear them. I can't say that I care what the pres decorates himself with as long as it isn't a member of my family or any of my body parts.

The actual wings themselves were like $4 at the Navy Exchange and in some squadrons we would give them to special women (not hookups) kind of like "being pinned". I bought and gave one to a woman I dated for months when I was stationed in Fallon, NV. Nobody I know in the Naval Aviation community has raised a single objection the the presidents visit to the carrier or his attire. In fact there was a giant photo spread on it in "The Hook" magazine which is published by the Tailhook Association. As for the outrage over the wings I refer you to the Tailhook store - where you can buy everything from coffee cups and to womens t-shirts to necklaces and tie tacks emblazoned with naval aviator wings. https://www.tailhook.net/Merchant2/merchant.mvc Thats how uptight we are about them. Stop into the ships store, spend a little money - its for a good cause. [:D] Now on a not so good cause - there was a certain squadron - that had PANTIES printed up with the gold wings. We would TRADE THEM to the women we fucked, and would bring their panties back to hang on the wall of our bar and as "proof of a kill" so to speak. ;) Nail five or more women in one weekend, and bring back the panties to prove it, and you became an "ass ace" and drank free that weekend. I dont know if the President got any of those for Laura, Jenna, and Barbara but if he did I dont have an issue with that either. LOL
