Status: offline 		This was inspired by a thread begun by cyberdude611.

I decided to run a poll aimed at CM members, male and female.

Personally I've never been married............not because I've never wanted to but just because the subject of marriage has never come up in any of my relationships prior to where I am now...........which is totally single but searching for that one slave who will except my collar.......

The option of marriage at my age now is not something I am that interested in pursuing.....however if the question of marriage ever arises once I have collared my slave then perhaps I may consider marrying my collared slave.

I would be interested to find out how many fellow kinkster's have never been married.

So if you participate in the pole, perhaps you would mention your reasons for not doing so?

Status: offline 		I am currently married to my dominant.  However I got married for the first time late in life.
I had just too many responsibilities as a single person taking care of others to burden my husband with
all of that baggage.  So, when I was free we married.

i will give it one more try under better, more informed, more adult circumstances.

Status: offline 		well, if the phrase "never legally married in accordance to the laws of IL" counts as never been married since ex was already (and currently still today) married to his 1st wife when he married me, then yep i've never have been married

Status: offline 		I have never been married, except for a Subgenius Shordurmar (to someone on CM!  amazing!).  I think that there are special spirits that watch over the Romantically Retarded (tm) and protect us from falling into the pits we dig, as long as we are willing to suffer just as much as actually married people do.

Status: offline 		Ive been legally married AND divorced 4x. Im currently on My 5th and thinking this is a HUGE mistake as well. All's well in the dating then courtship when you get married and becomes a totally different ballgame.
