If your wife makes you unhappy, and she will not alter her behaviour to prevent this, then it's time to leave. Cheating on someone who is heating on you will not make you happy. If you're poly, fine, but you say you're not.
If you enjoy or are neutral about your wife being collared by and sleeping with another man, great. Enjoy! But you don't.
If you hate it, she needs to stop or you need to leave. Given that she seems to have done this without your consent (if you have argued heatedly, then you surely did not agree sanely, safely and consentualy) I would seriously consider leaving even if she does stop it. A drunken mistake may be one thing (even then, I'd probably leave), a sober affair is quite another.
