As soon as my son figured out how to undo the tapes on his diapers, keeping him clothed was a real challenge! Even now, he's not a big one for clothing inside....just shorts or sweat pants. Of course, if I'm home, I'm nekkid myself, so I know how Roscoe feels......FREEEEEEEEE!

Actual conversation today at the grocery store with a friend that is a manager there:
*I used his name.

Me: "Dayum friend*, Valentine's stuff already?  It is not even the middle of January."
Friend: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Me: "So are you going to buy me this one (pointing to the really large heart filled with chocolates) for Valentine's Day?"
Friend: "Wouldn't your husband be jealous?"
Me: "Nah.  Husband will just go, 'Oh look chocolate!' and then nom nom nom."
Friend: "I can see him doing that."
Me: "Husband does not care who buys the chocolate."

It was funnier in person.

Damian has a new thing about eating. When you give him a spoon of food, he takes it in his mouth, spits it out, then when you give it back to him, he eats it.

Unless it is something like a cookie or graham cracker, then he chows down on it.
