I guess I'll go about it backwards like I always do. When do you know when it's time to move on? As soon as you are asking yourself that question. There is no doubt when it ISN'T time to move on... you just can't do it. You don't have it in yourself. But when you start thinking that you can, when you start wondering if you should then it's time.
Before you learned to drive a car you never once thought... wow... when would be a good time to drive that car. You just don't. But once you start the process of learning how the first thought is when. Baby steps... always foreward... till you get there.
