quote:
"Pay attention to what you and others say during the scenes you do, because the bottom in a trance state can easily pick up things as suggestions." yes true, funny story: i was in rope, standing tip toe, deeply in space, when someone was just in earshot, said out loud "when did the pony turn into a penguin?", harmless enough but it went into my brain in a very funny way, and Lee delightedly riffed on that, and suddenly the sceen shifted to me earning the title of his ponypenquincatdogpig that night...twas fun. quote:
Less specificly NLP more on the idea of suggestion, I open the door a crack and dicuss the idea that while in a subspace trance, suggestion for post scene adjustment of training ideas you might already be working reinforcing concious work, might speed the process and drive both identity and thought proceses more deeply is quite possible. Example being that during the reconnection/ aftercare phase talk to them about self image items, beautiful creature, the infamous Good Girl/ Boy, communication items you're going to remember to be more open about _____ and talk to me with less embarasment about______. I really love using this thing we doing for healing and transfomation, I would love to take your class, when are the next times you are teaching it? quote:
I see increadable potential for it's use and missuse, and want people to think about what they may have been doing subconciously already, and to conciously consider what they are feeding to their bottom's brains. yes i like that idea, not unlike a safty first aid kit, i think it is integral to be aware of what is going in, i have know 2 people that are forever... erm... damaged? from intense interogation scenes ....makes me go hmmm. i think it is a good idea in any scene to ask the question what is the over arching goal here? of course ymmv quote:
Cathartic being a scene that causes a sudden release of emotion (not limited to crying releases of sadness or shame but also including anger releases). Catalytic being scenes that trigger a perspective or life lesson, even scenes that are relativel dull or that go wrong can create change. A scene can be either one the other, both or niether. There are some things you can do that will stack the deck in favor of achieving catharsis and change, but you cant force them. yes agreed...i do look foward to catching your class....ever come to Maui?
