Well different people like different things and since the Domme is the one in charge she can decide if she wants assplay to be a part of her relationship or not. Personally I like ass play (strapon etc) but some Dommes don't and thats their decision. I don't like scat or watersports but some Dommes do, thats their relationship choice so more power to them.

A dominant can like or dislike whatever they want.  I dislike watersports, and I will never again give an enema for non medical reasons.  There's quite a list of things that I don't especially enjoy doing, actually.  Oh well!

Absolutely, if your theory is that to be a dominant woman one needs to enjoy assplay; then the logical correlation would be that to be a submissive male one needs to enjoy, or at least, be willing to recieve such.

Anal is my biggest and most concrete hard limit, thus i do not exist.

My personal philosophy on BDSM is different than most. Foremost, I don't believe in preconceived and set roles per se.

To the OP: there's lots of different likes and dislikes and means and methods for lots of different dominant women. One size mindset and interests does not fit all.
