Deal breaker, happens often, making promises that are not kept. Not being willing to try to understand their own motivations and honestly communicate them.
People online, especially, but not exclusively, make promises to make themselves look good. They get their ego's boosted by saying they will do x. They have no intention and in may cases, no ability to do x, but they say it to feel good.
When communication is not there, I address it. If it is not worked on, with or without me, I walk.
