Ok, yes, I stole the title for this thread from a Ron White routine. Am I the only one here, who is invested in this internet world, who almost has to slam their own head on the computer desk once in a while with the studid shit (sorry) things that people come up with?

LA, it isn't often, but I disagree with you. Go to a demo, take a health class, open a book on the effects of the lack of oxygen to the brain. There are better methods. As much as I love CM, I don't think it is the best way to learn edge play.

i guess i take the approach that you can fix stupid, and that the folks that have been here for a while sort of have a duty to at least try because people can get hurt. there is one guy though, in the other thread who is going to implode, and its like a car accident....i dont want to watch, yet i cant turn away. waves a 4 fingered hand at him and i try to be nice, but.... ugh....[8\|]

You can fix stupid. Example from the last 24 hours: a new-to-all-this female sub wrote me, and I suggested she search the boards for the phrase "sub frenzy." She just wrote back saying, "Thank you so much, OMG, that's ME!" It is, however, hard to fix I-know-everything-and-I-won't-pay-attention-to-anything-you-say-because-you're-sick-ism.

I don't recommend CM for learning methods of any play at all, simply that you'll find people as idiotic and learning and teaching just as idiotically all over the offline scene as well.
