Well, lets see.... I've put in my 2 cents worth against doing gun play with real guns versus props, although I've never actually killed a sub while playing. I've opined that getting an STD is to be avoided, even though contracting one is another area in which I have absolutely no experience. I know I've posted repeatedly that both consensual sex in private and BDSM within certain limits are legal, even though I've never had to go to court to prove either. I also don't have any experience playing/sleeping with married people behind their spouses backs, dumping someone with just an email, ignoring safewords, or going on either a snipe hunt or a tarn strike. Sorry to disappoint. [:D]

alumbrado...no snipe hunts? geesh, you're really missing out! my reality is that i'm a mom of two adult kids and i'm trying to adjust to the almost empty nest syndrome. i have a wonderful Master who i'm moving to in 6 months. i can't complain really. i don't give advice on the boards much but i do have fun...i don't pretend or think i know it all and i dont' act like i do. mostly i'm a doofus looking for laughs on the boards and i get them. every once in a while some little wonderful nugget of wisdom comes across a forum that i see and i'm all the better for reading it.

I live in Berkshire UK and am 41 years old. I am a female dominant. I am head of our household but am not a female supremacist. I do not undertake the ownership of slaves but instead work on rewarding, intense and meaningful relationships with subs. I live with my sub paul with whom I have had a bdsm relationship since 2002. I seem to have run out of reality lately. My reality is that the best way to get what you want is to stop needing it; no one likes someone who's "needy". My reality is that the best way to be seen as honest is to lie; lies have the advantage that they can be hand-crafted to make sense. My reality is that there's no such thing as fate, or destiny, or fairness, or second chances. My reality is that if I knew what the hell I was doing with all this, they would have never left in the first place. Reality for me is that it's 4:42 am in the morning, I'm sitting here smoking a cigerettee and drinking my first cup of coffee, checking out things on this message board. BDSM is just part of my life and reality. Music is another aspect of my life and reality. So is working on web applications. At times my mind explores the further develop of my own version of String Theory (something I've been doing since high school). I also explore in thought religion from a reality based and historical based perspective. Something called Occam's Razor, basically where one should not make more assumptions than what is needed to explain something with a theory. It's amazing that some people practice the art of fancy bullshit for the sake of pumping their own agenda's for wold control. It's sort of like "Pinky and the Brain" gone mad in a bad way, yet many people fall for it everyday. My reality? I enjoy doing twisted kinky thing to girls. Then there's all the aspects of control. Sure, some people could say, I have control issues, all depends what somebody's POV is on the subject. The reality is that I'm not getting any younger. I spent a decade of my life trying to be somebody I was not, then came back around full circle, and I'm not the same person I was before. That's just reality. I'm the same person, just changed in many ways, and yet in many ways still the same. I'm a little bit of a misfit and odd ball at times. I don't fit nice and neat into the norms of society. I'm a little bit of this, that and another thing. Right now, I don't have a "lifestyle" based relationship. I'm single and that's part of my current reality. I have a past like anybody else does. My past is rather diverse and full. I thinking a couple of days, about everything I have done or experienced in my life time. That in many ways, I have lived more compared to a lot people I know. fast reply I am nearly 50 years old and live in the suburbs of Sydney Australia in a two bedroom unit with Sir. I am a New Zealander and He is Aussie which makes for some fun and teasing [;)] We have been in a D/s relationship for the past 4 1/2 years. He is disabled (kidney failure) and so much of my reality is in a caring/nursing role.
