Besides the normal beatings and abuse... I would get creative with one of the following.

it depends on the Dom

Some favor corpreal punishment using pain, some prefer mental tricks.
Some ask the sub what works best on correcting you, what do you feel helps the sitation. Some dont "punish" but lecture.

Personally I would find what works for you...then offer it to your partner. I know pain makes me resent my partner, to me theres nothing a spanking can solve that talking about it and then corner time cant.

Depends.  There would have to be a repeated pattern and long term issues going on for me to get to the point of actually punishing someone.  First I'd have discussed with them, discovered the source of the issues, worked with them over time, built security together, trained a bit more focused on those weaknesses and thoroughly scrounged through my own judgements and processes to see how to make adjustments for us both to get where we wanted.

If, after all that, we came to the point where punishment would be necessary, it would depend on the act and context.  But it would happen swiftly, directly related to the behavior I wanted to correct and would include many more discussions about the problem and how to work on it together.

I actually like neopets (when I was minus 4 or 5 years) The games were pretty fun...and interesting... unless you mean eliv thade....Then thats just....O_O EVIL....

Figure out why he said no. You need his intent and reasoning before you can decide, in my opinion. Then, choose something he doesn't like for him to do, based on the level of disobedience. If you have the policy of "my way or the highway", be prepared that it might be the highway.
