Oh, I am so sorry you are going through this.  I have gone through several SSA hearings with my clients and it is BEYOND nerve wracking.  Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.  (((HUGS)))

DomDolf has saved me!!!!!!!!  The poor man worked all evening on my computer and believe me, he had a work out!  I let him control my computer by remote and he was all over the place fixing things and tripping this dingy domme out!  Vista is such a pain in the tail end!  It will ask for permission every time you do anything, which meant we had to reconnect on the remote... rebooting... redoing lots of things... downloading many things... It was insane the mess he had to deal with and yet... he got everything working, including my printer!  The man was amazing!

I am overwhelmed and fighting tears here because he has made everything work and I can do what I need to do for my son's hearing.  I was getting a bit panicky not knowing how I was going to get it all done.  What a relief!

This man didn't know me from adam and he comes in and makes everything right in my world and he went far beyond just getting me going in area's... he took care of things he didn't have to do and covered everything!  I will always be very grateful for his help!  Now I am going to go have a lil relief cry and then get busy on a bunch of documents!

O Lockit, this is great news.  I'm not the least bit surprised a Dom has helped you to the degree DomDolf has.  I'm so glad things are on track...please keep us posted as to how the hearing goes, and let me know if I can do anything to help.

You and your son are in my thoughts and prayers.

Lockit,

You're welcome. I am glad a little of my time has helped you and your son. Let me know if there is anything else that I can do.

I believe helping others that truly need it, when you have the capability, is important and the satisfaction in doing so cannot be overstated.

DomDolf,

I have a friend who is fond of saying,
"That's the difference between talking about it and doing it."

We get a whole bunch of talking about it around here.
And a seemingly endless supply of "experts" and "expert opinion."

You stepped up, took control and made things right.
Looks pretty dominant to me.  Congratulations,
And let me add my thank you.

(smile)  I am really enjoying being able to actually work on my computer.  I have created all sorts of documents and have been able to save them to a cd and am moving documents around, saving things in ways I couldn't do before.  What really amazed me was being able to get the printer working!  I learned that my ink, which was full is gone or dried up since Jan. but that is an easy fix! lol  I was able to scan documents and all sorts of things because the printer was working.  Everything is working and I am not overloading anything.  I should be sending things out tomorrow and I couldn't have done it without DomDolf's help.  I would have been a nervous wreck had I not been able to show the judge things we had, that the hospital is withholding.  So life has surely gotten a lot better because of DomDolf's kindness and I will never for get it!  Nor will I forget everyone else that has offered assistance, suggestions and compassion.  Thank you all!
