What is your take on someone who posts these type of photos...or to go even further...what is your take on nude or semi-nude photos posted on a profile or online?  i have tried to put this one non-nude photo on here for a few years of me showing no nudity but a gag in my mouth and it never gets approved ...but i see nude photos all the time so i wonder...i know a part of this whole thing has been gone thru over and over but where are the distinctions and why the distinctions? just wondering...Thanks!  [sm=ballchain.gif]

No explicit genital nudity or hardcore bondage

one can have nude photos as long as genitals are not exposed ......the gag ball falls under  hardcore bondage

i know what you mean..but i have seen women who show their breasts a lot..which is not something i am into..although they are special i have been told...or men in bondage a bit....just wondering. oh and it wasn't one of those ball gags...it was a rubber pony girl bit....but i guess it is the same thing..thank you!

They don't approve of gags, and you'll have a hard time with some other stuff getting approved. Don't stress about it, just go take more pics! :P

I have had some pictures that were orignally blocked, and then actually had the moderaters change their mind, and put it back up. I was happy- and it shows that the approval isn't usually just someone mindlessly clicking "yes" or "no" for everyone.

i love tastefully erotic photography, nude or semi-nude. Especially if they involve cabana boys[:)]
 
What i scratch my head about are the amount of breast shots with the woman holding them out like an offering - as if to say "this is what i am...this boobage" LOL!!

Pony gear shouldn't be a problem if it looks like pony gear.  You can always send in a request after you get your picture denial and explain what is in the photo.  If it looks like a ball gag though, you may be out of luck.

Personally, I think we should have more naked male booty.  Yes indeedy.  Hubba hubba hubba.

The irony of course is that their advertisements can show this and all dating sites have long since become what I describe as 'profile sensitive.' Most often...you reap what you sow from your profile.

So I don't see why they can't or won't show them in profiles unless the future holds that they will and make it part of your new subscription.

Like I said, the adverts have all of their legal issues in order. Random people flashing their hoo-haas on the internets, usually do not.

What Lynnxz said is pretty much the short and simple answer on the reason.

If you want a more detailed explanation, it has to do with the US law 18 USC 2257 which requires that primary producers (the porn companies) of sexually explicit content verify and keep records of the ages of every performer. Then there are the secondary producers (webmasters), who didn't produce the content, but distribute it by posting it on a website and are supposed to list the custodian of records. If you check the banner ads, you'll notice that under each one, there is a link to a page listing the custodians. User generated websites like CM and other web 2.0 sites are considered secondary producers and are in sort of a grey area right now because the operators have no real way to display the custodian of records information unless they request the info from the user. By prohibiting genitals and hardcore bondage, CM is exempt from the record keeping requirements.

They rejected one of my needle play pictures but approved the other. Odd because they were both breast shots with needles in them. I tried to upload the exact same two photos on my other account and BOTH got rejected. So confusing. bondage.com also didn't allow them saying "no needle play" but fetlife didn't mind.

now that is funny, because they approved my needle bra pictures, then removed them. approved one of the back needle pics then removed it as well.

confuses the mess out of me.

but wouldnt approve the rope bra pics..
