This sounds so good; I love lemon in cooking and I love Greek food...(can I use something besides the little lamb though?)

And lot's of it Tee! It is perfect with heavier dishes.
How cool! I'm a member of beeradvocate. I've been tasting some mighty fine beers lately.

          >Old Stock Ale, Old Rasputin,  & Brother Thelonius from North     Coast Brewery
          >Ommegang's Dubbel and Three Philosophers
          >Allegash 4
          >Ten FIDY from Oscar Blues (like motor oil)
          >Milk Stout from Duck and Rabbit
          >Brooklyn Brewery's Local 1
          >St. Bernardus ABT 12 (Watou, Belgium)
          > Hefeweissbier from Weihenstephan, Munich (world's oldest brewery
          >Roggenrauchbier, Rye Pale Ale, & Rye Sqeared from Terrapin
          >Blue, Motorboat, & IPA (Sweetwater, Atlanta)
          >Black Mocha Stout (Highland)
          >Rogue's Chocolate Stout
          >Double IPA from Great Divide
          >Punkin Ale from Dogfish head (Thier 90 minute IPA is great)

I keep going back to Brother Thelonius. Just Fantastic. Also their Old Stock Ale (limited release, what a bummer). Sweetwater's IPA, Terrapin's Rye, Ommegang Dubbel, the Weihenstephan, and the Ten FIDY I have bought multiple times.
But that Brother Thelonius... wow. Gonna have some tonight.

Enough with the wimpy women chili. Venison ladies venison. Tabasco sauce. Cali the Irish cream is great in coffee. Christine if I hung out with you I would be huge from eating your cooking.

Wimpy???  There is much more skill to making good chili than throwing a bunch of tabasco sauce into it, dear...trust me, I can amp up my chili to where it talks to you for DAYS!!!!!!  Hot sauce is for lazy cooks.....and there's a difference between lazy and easy.....just sayin'.

Altho, you are right in one aspect....Christine would have us all waddling around in a few short months!  And Cali's lava cake....mmmmmmmmmmmm.....may as well just sit in it, cuz that's where it's going!

This is a damn good recipe for Irish Cream!

          IRISH CREAM

          Beat 3 eggs

          add:
          1/4 tsp coconut extract
          1 1/2 tbsp Nestle's quik
          1 can condensed milk
          1 cup Irish Whiskey

beat or blend then add 1/2 pint whipping cream and blend.
refrigerate up to 30 days, if it lasts that long!

          For the season:

          Crockpot Hot Caramel Apples

          4 large tart apples, cored
          1/2 cup apple juice
          8 tablespoons brown sugar
          12 red-hot candies
          4 tablespoons butter or margarine
          8 caramels
          1/4 teaspoon round cinnamon
          whipped or ice cream, optional

Peel 3/4 in. off top of each apple, place in slow cooker. Pour juice over apples.

Fill center of each apple with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 3 red-hots, 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 caramels. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Cover and cook for 4-6 hours or until apples are tender.

Serve immediately with whipped  or ice cream.

          Easy easy chili amended

Easy easy easy and quick chili

Brown some meat. (Sometimes I use turkey sausage)
Large can of crushed, or stewed tomatoes or whatever you have available.
1 jar of salsa all your garlic, onions and peppers are in there.
a can of black or kidney beans
          2 teaspoons of chilipowder.
          frozen veggies

I forgot about the half a package of frozen vegetables added to this chili.

Tee, that apple recipe is very close to one I make.  Instead of putting the apples in whole, you can slice or chop them.  The result is a topping you can put on oatmeal, ice cream, or just eat it like apple sauce.
