Maybe read up thread a bit, Kitten, or haven't you gotten a talking points email on her whistleblowing?  God forbid insurance companies should be expected to pay for medical procedures.  I know you are familiar with doing this topic before.  You linked to it the other day.

All I will say is this.  When the Russians switch off the gas and their tanks are at the Polish-German border, who are we Brits going to send into bat against Bad Vlad, former KGB colonel?  “Gormless” Gordon and Alistair Darling, head of the Edinburgh 4th International (Trotskyist)?  Or, in the event of a Conservative victory at the next election, Lord Snooty and “Squeaky” George Osborne?  Give me a woman who kills and skins her own moose any day.

Gee, LadyE, this thread seems to keep sliding down, but we haven't even discussed her experience as a small-business owner with her husband.  Commercial fishing.

Did her husband stick a hook in her mouth during a case of mistaken identity?

hock = hook.

That doesn't even make sense, Rae.

Yes, we're not attracting much traffic here!

I was hoping to get a few other supporters here to tell us what they like about her at least, if not what they like about her ideas and so on. But so far you seem to be the only one to bother.

No.  Because you stick the bait onto the hook, and then take the hook OUT of the fish's mouth, after they swallow both.  Could Obama bait his own hook, I wonder?  Some people have a very hard time with that.

It seems to be the best they have to offer, Muse...

She rather does, actually. Or maybe more like a turtle.

Edit: But in keeping with the spirit of this thread, a very nice turtle.

yeah, I'm not seeing the Beauty Queen thing.

I'm head over heels for a 46 year old woman with white year, so it's not the age, but I just see Palin as mom with glasses.

I'm told she's charming, charismatic, and so forth----but not gettin' it here.

But then, I don't see much TV--just photos.

Well, her good qualities are she doesn't come from a family of politicians.

She has a common persons background.

She hasn't been in politics for 25+ years. Though I think she did need a few more before she entered this level.

She's pretty young, and therefore more likely to relate to this generation.

She has beliefs and doesn't apologize for them.

If she does happen to win with McCain, It'll be the first time, I can jerk off to the picture of a federal official.

She at least made some government cuts in Alaska.

Those are the good qualities as asked for, I have opinions on the negative side as well, so don't think this is an endorsement.

Seems Palin's started a fashion trend with her new eyeglasses and sales of them are now helping the economy.

Those are both positive, right?

I'm not getting it at all, either. She just has such a vapid, smarmy, plastic look about her. Maybe it's the fact that she's such a miserable, mean-spirited, snotty excuse for a human being. Her inner ugliness is shining through.

Shouldn't that be over in the thread about hating her?
