Now this is quite the judgmental statement if I've ever seen one. How can you presume that the people you're referring to are doing so out of their own selfish motives?

The same way you presume they are not. I make a judgment. Is that a dirty word? Are we not allowed to judge? Do you like or hate
sarah palin. Either way you are making a judgment. Are you for or against a womans right to chose. Either way you are making
a judgment. Life if full of judgments, I think the ideal is not to try to force others to accept your  judgment to be the truth.

Than  maybe we could all live in peace.

Sorry Sly, i was kinda posting for the molestifications and whatnot...but ahem...*straightens her skirt and pulls that damn thong out of ...places.*

i post a thread if i have a question that i couldnt find in the archives...(to avoid LAs wrath mostly...kisses LA)

i answer any thread that i find interesting.
if i were looking for external validation of my thoughts i would turn to my real time friends because they have a history of dealing with me and are better equipped to handle my questions.
if i want a pat on the back from CM folks...i look for bear and GT mostly but now, thanks to you i think i may have found 2 more snugglebunnies. And they never seem to pat me on my ....back.
Why do you post?

I  post because I have ideas and opinions that I am unsure of, or that I want feedback on, or feel compelled to share something with others. I have found that as a rule I should keep the last category to myself :)

I post because I think I have something to add to the discussion.

I post because sometimes it's just fun to post.

Are you absolutely sure I was also presuming? Seems to me I simply pointed out other options, so whether you or anyone else accepts or rejects is no sweat off my back. I will state here and now that any judgments I make are solely based upon my own knowledge and opinions I draw from. In some way yes they are A truth though what's important is the fact it is not the absolute truth: if such an entity exists.
Clarify what you mean by "peace" Peace as in physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally balance? Peace as in a world without war? Peace as in absolute passivity?
