babygirl, let me just tell you this from experience, and out of sisterly love, ok?  Cheating is cheating is cheating.  Half or whole doesn't make a bit of difference. you are not Bill Clinton.

Sophie, does it make a difference if she said "please" when she asked?  I think good manners ought to count for something.  *nods*

Red, i cannot enable someone to cheat when they have "promised to be a good girl", no matter how many times they say please, unless of course the promise had been made to me. i know what it is like to promise to be good and fail, with someone enabling that failure (though my "friends" enabled me innocently, they didn't realize what was at stake).

eta:  It all starts with an innocent little cookie, then it ends with a not-so-innocent "cookie".

Actually, I make health cookies that are rather good and so they would NOT be cheating on your diet.

Actually it is a tin, but help yourself.  There are extra ones in the freezer!

They are super good for females because I use blackstrap molasses in them which is VERY high in iron.  So much better than eating liver.  LOL

No, I do not sell them online.  I just make them.  I have a toddler that does not much like eating.  So I have been working on sneaking healthy stuff into foods that she will eat.  The recipe still needs a bit of tweaking, but I can send you a couple different recipes if you want them.

Of course, I am not sure what kind of diet that you are on.

So far the diet basically has been a vegetarian diet, with depending on my needs at the time, meat and cheese thrown in periodically. i would love some recipes if you don't mind Thank you very much! i have gone from a size 22 to a 16 in less than 2 months though on my current diet. Now to get to a size 10...

Here you are!

1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon will get rid of sweets cravings.

To curb chocolate cravings and also sweets cravings in general, drink some sesame seed milk. To make sesame seed milk, soak sesame seeds in spring water for 1/2 day. Put the soaked seeds in a blender with twice as much spring water as seeds. Blend until fine. Strain out any solid flecks and the remaining liquid is sesame seed milk. Sesame seed milk will keep in the fridge for two or three days. To improve its flavor, add some drops of liquid stevia or some agave syrup and some vanilla or some cinnamon, all to taste.

~~~~~
One other suggestion is to make one day a week a "treat day."  Say Thursday you get a treat of your choice, Starschmuks Latte or a bowl if ice-cream.  This way it is in a controlled manner and attainable and so it does not become an obsession.
