Actually it was friday......

Here I was loading a rosetta stone language program to learn Russian, and suddenly, I get this blasted "low drive space error"

Well obviously I could not put it on my E drive, a wonderful 1tb harddrive, with only 326megs of space left....

Then I discovered I could not put it on F, G, H, or I drives, all 1 terabyte seagates.

I have come to the conclusion that someone in my home is putting files on my computer just to use up my drive space.

Well, I decided to fight fire with fire, and ordered 4 1.5TB SATA hard drives.....

Now before any of you say anything about clutter on my drives, C drive has both my operating systems on it, Lenux and Windows, F drive is my animation, picture manipulation, editing software.
G is games.... a lot of games
H is movies.... a lot of movies
I is 1/2 movies and 1/2 music.

my eye rolling moment of the day came while laying on the operating table this morning, yakking with my surgeon and the resident while they're working on my foot.  we're discussing the commercialization of the holiday season and how it's gotten way out of hand.  one of the nurses was telling me he knows of a radio station in the middle of the country, i think he said st louis, that has been playing christmas music since september 1st.  what the heck???

I was thinking more of the generic, repetative, drive-you-up-the-wall version that doesn't sound as if any humans were involved in the making of this song.

OK - i prefer my Christmas music to sound as if it came out of a catheral in England with a male choir and an organ(no not that one dirty girl!).  And i love the album "The Bells of Dublin" by the Chieftans.  Has some great music on it - including a song called "The Rebel Jesus".  very cool!

I get an email from this babe about twice a week for several months now.  Every time she writes, she has a different picture but the wording is always the same.  this last time...good Lord!  The picture looked like something from a freak show!

My father gave me a mini-massager for Christmas.

Let's see, there are pictures on profiles on the other side of all sorts of stuff, including headless people........ yet I decide to turn my profile back on and post a new pic of myself that shows my new collar and my cleavage [;)]..... no nudity, no bondage, but minus my head (my hair looked like crap) ....... nothing that violates those rules they post on the profile pic page.  It gets denied, twice. [sm=wtf.gif]

It wasn't september first here, but as soon as OCtober 1st hit one of the local radio stations started playing christmas music.
