I agree Lynnxz, in reality teensub you clearly have very little experiance of Dommes for you to say that statement because it isnt true. Also even if it was i dont have a clue why you give if you arent even interested in a Domme

I suspect teensub is just disappointed by the arrogance of certain dommes on here who demand tribute when you have only said hello and are looking to chat. Or maybe the repetitive discussions with a number of submissives that turn out to have stolen pictures or who suddenly decide not to respond after many messages or MSN discussions has made her suspicious of many on this site?

I would suggest that perhaps the attitude of people such as 'colouredin' who could have been more helpful and actually read the words she used rather than effectively telling teensub that her opinion was invalid and the reasons for it wrong. I suspect my reaction would have ben the same as teensub. Just because you have spoken to more Dommes or looked at more Domme profiles hardly makes her point invalid when she is referring to the selection that she has seen.

Or maybe many who have responded need to chill out a bit rather than attack someone for asking a fairly simple question.

I think it helps when questions and further posts are not quite so judgemental... if she had said "of the dommes I've spoken to" ... but rather she said .. most I think at one point.. or something similar...

not to mention that attitude that if you take money for something, you don't enjoy.. hell, if I could make a living at something I enjoy this much, I would... some people actually do like their jobs...

I thought collarme message boards were a place to discuss things and feel comfortable in doing so.
However i am now starting to feel that if what you say doesn't fit in with what every body else wants to hear you get bullied almost.

I was merely pointing out that the dominant women I had seen, yes I im not saying what everyone else has seen, expect tributes.

Colouredin you cant say that what i said isnt true, as it is an opinion not a fact.

Let me suggest a couple of things... these boards are great, but remember all you have (and me for that matter) is the written word and so its really wise to choose it carefully.

For me, as I speak only for me, some of what you said was probably just phrased in such a way that I took exception to it. From what you've written it seems you meant something different? If so, remember, you know what you mean, but most of the rest of us don't.

So yes, the boards are great, but what comes along with them is the responsibility to try to be as clear as you can in what you're saying. The way your OP was phrased and subsequents posts -- none of sounded like opinion. It sounded as if you were stating things as fact.

Alot of people have a topic that seems to be a hot button for them. You have hit on one of them. It seemed to me (my opinion, before anyone jumps on me), that you asked a genuine, thoughtful question to try to understand something, and to see if there was an angle that you had not considered.

i didnt want people to get so well thats wrong and so judgemental of me.

It was a simple question and not something that needed to end up being so negative.

so far the answers i have been hearing have just been telling me how my opinion is wrong and that everyone expects something.

which i understand, dom's may expect sexual favours as a tribute or along those lines, but i am wondering why for the dommes 'I' (yes i now feel the need to highlight I) have come across expect money as this tribute. That was my question

teensub ... one thing -- this is only the written word, mine have come off very harsh and I don't particularly mean them that way -- for my poorly constructed response, I do apologize.

Get to know some non-pro dommes on this site -- you'll like them... oh.. and the pros too... as they say.. some of my best friends...

You came off a little judgemental, which might not have been your intention.

Yes, there are a lot of pro-dommes on this website. There are also a ton of scammer dommes, who demand paypal tribute, and then disappear when the submale pays, then wants attention. There's quite a difference.... ;)

opinions are good however as has been said they arent fact and therefore when posting on a forum you need to be open to the fact that other people have opinions and at least pretend that you are considering them rather than claiming that those differant from yours are 'uptight'

My experiance is some Dommes ask for tribute, the reason as I see it is that there is a market for them I dont agree that its most, but most is a subjective term.

The reason that not many men (actually there are pro Doms I have been with some) is that there is less of a demand for them, generalisation alert but often fekmale subs are innundated with offers so there is less of a need.

There are many reasons for Pro such as being in another realtionship and only wanting play, not having time to form relationships, getting off on paying etc etc.

I dont believe that most Dommes ask for tributes but I do think more women than men do.

Again I appologise if I have come off as harsh seeing as two people point me out specifically.
