I love this idea. Networking, I'm told, is the best way to get a new job. I was laid off my previous job after 8.5 years of employment. That was a computer company, I worked my way up from customer service rep (bottom of the ladder) to phone tech, then to team lead. I have Bachelor's degrees in English and Spanish (have forgotten most of the Spanish, but not the English) and a Master's in Counseling. I'm a Mensa member, which can be good or bad to tell people, and I can learn to do almost anything - fast. I've been on the Internet since the days of Usenet and Telnet, before the web was popular, and I built my own nonprofit from the ground up. Please don't let me end up working at Wendy's! Argh!
