Oh, yeah, McCain really knows what it's like to be me, worrying about paying my Blue Cross premiums, and getting all the meds I need (I'm already cutting corners), and taking care of all the necessary bills. My sole extravagence is Cable TV. I'll bet that cocksucker never had to worry a day in his life about paying bills. Fuck John McCain.  Silver-spooned shit never drew a private-sector paycheck in his life. Fuck him, the worthless war criminal fuck.

Status: offline 		Okay Hippiekinkster...I also find it amusing that McCain drones on about his alleged 'experience' which he never would have been pemitted to attain if he were not a blue blood of some stripe.  Anyone seriously think Obama would have been recommended by his Senator to the U.S. Naval Academy back when McCain was admitted?
 
But war criminal?  I'd say not as far as I know...unless you count warmongering as a crime.

I am sure you will remind me that he was "tortured" but would you please also tell me how many other "guests" at the Hanoi Hilton were also tortured and did not sign a confession of being a war criminal?
I would not suggest that you actually buy his autobiography but it is available in most public libraries.  It is a quick read.  If you choose to read it you will also find that "ace" is quite proud of also being a liar a cheat and a pimp as well as a traitor....but he is married to a rich woman and the son and grandson of admirals so it is all OK.

You know I have always had the highest respect for those who have served in the military. It's always been a regret of mine that I didn't go ahead and enlist in the military when I was younger and eligible. BUT at 19 - I was more interested in other things.

So anyway moving on I was concerned about the above mentioned fact about McCain when I first heard about it some time ago. I spoke to my father, a former Marine who served in Vietnam in 1968-69, about this. \
His opinion was that he didn't care and he didn't think any less of McCain based on this. He said POW simulations that he got in Training was hard enough, and that was just pretend. When you are captured you do what you have to do to survive, Yes the military has set up some guidelines that McCain obviously wasn't able to stick to.... But everyone has a breaking point. I don't know what they did to him or how even how long he was able to resist. Frankly it doesn't matter... This guy regardless of what you may think about his policy, payed a heavy price and suffered unspeakable acts at the request of our government.

If my father, a person who at the same dirt and bled on the same battlefield feels this way about his alleged crime, who am I to judge.

"ace" McCain lived on an aircraft carrier in air conditioned comfort and ate fresh cooked hot meals...the first contact he had with "battlefield dirt" came when he got his chicken shit ass shot down.
