For those of us within this lifestyle that are bi.... are you truly comfortable with someone the same sex as your self? Would you have a relationship with someone the same sex? or is it something you would do to please your Dominant?

For those that have in a profile 'bi curious' Is it mainly because Master/Dominant wants a 3rd party and your willing to go along with that or is it that you genuinly crave to have sex with someone the same sex as yourself?

Well... I met Val in college and considering I came out to my family and friends as bi in early high school, before even knowing the college where I would meet Val existed, I doubt my bisexuality and liking boobies has much to do with him.

Now, truly comfortable depends on your defination. I love women but around them I turn into that kid in the back of the classroom going "erm... if I throw a pencil at you, you'll like me right?". But hey, I figured out they don't like having their bras snapped! [:D]

Nope. Valyraen's agreed that, unless we all change our minds, the woman who enters my life will be all mine. *cackles* He's looking forward to spending more time playing video games without me begging for kisses. [;)]

OttersSwim -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 1:41:47 PM)

I have been in relationship with a man and would do it again if it were the right person.  I has been a number of years, but I am comfortable with it - but I definitely lean to the Ladies as far as preferences go.  My Lady certainly has an interest in males being bi together and so I look forward to it in the future if we can find the right male to play with.   [:)]

JustDarkness -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 1:43:24 PM)

I saw lately so many profiles with people beeing bi.. It looked like fashion.
I was curious too..if those people were just curious about their own kind..or really were bi.

CalifChick -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 1:43:58 PM)

I am what I call "opportunistically bisexual".  I don't seek out women to have relationships, or even booty calls... but if we're in each other's vicinity and the stars align correctly and all that other b.s. ... then things might just get REALLLL friendly.

So what you are telling me is that I need to invest in a star chart?

CalifChick -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 1:45:44 PM)

Nahhhh, just looking at your hawt self makes me see little twinkly lights, so we'll call it "GOOD!"

That is possibly one of the best lines I've ever heard! [:)]

LaTigresse -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 1:47:48 PM)

I am clinically bi (if there is such a thing). However, at this point in life I prefer women.

I do not find men's bodies nearly as appealing as women's. And a penis is just ugly, to me.

I have no interest in dominating a man, nor being dominated by one. Overall, I find most men lacking any quality that would interest me.

Women intrigue me, I am utterly fascinated by them. They drive me crazy and most of them I want to muzzle and do evil things to. But I definately prefer having one in my bed.

DavanKael -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 1:49:43 PM)

I consider myself bi- but am a far more straight-leaning bi- person.  I am not interested in a female as a primary partner.
I consider far more male attributes (Physical and those mental traits typically considered more male) attractive than do I female but I am open to loving people and am willing to sexually work with the pieces-parts involved as an expression of caring.

JustDarkness -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 2:03:39 PM)

Isn't bi not just bi?
(instead of clinical, straight-leaning or opertunistically bi?)

DavanKael -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 2:13:58 PM)

I favor Kinsey-esque descriptors personally, Just Darkness.

JustDarkness -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 2:18:15 PM)

It sounds nice...lol
I was just curious if they were used as a kind of excuse towards others.
I mean..if you are bi...you are bi...to hell what others think.

pissdoll -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 2:20:16 PM)

i hate "bi-curious" women.

Bi-curious means "i'm not really into chicks, but you can go down on me and get me off....
btw, don't expect me to reciprocate with any level of enthusiasm."

been there, done that a few too many times.

JustDarkness -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 2:24:15 PM)

lol you "hate" them for that ?

DavanKael -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 2:28:09 PM)

Hi, Just Darkness----
The scale doesn't include the term bi- but you can see the concepts there-in.  Here goes:
0- Exclusively heterosexual
1- Predominantly heterosexual, only incidentally homosexual
2- Predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual
3- Equally heterosexual and homosexual
4- Predominantly homosexual, but more than incidentally heterosexual
5- Predominantly homosexual, only incidentally heterosexual
6- Exclusively homosexual

Pretty succinct, imo.  I'd gage myself between a 1&2.
I'm not sure what you mean about excuses.  I don't tend tomake excuses on the basis of bi-ness.  If I'm missing something about what you're saying, please clarify.
I agree with your assertion that if you're bi, you're bi and to hell with what others think.

JustDarkness -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 2:34:50 PM)

Thank you for the list Davan.
My remark was for everyone. ..but ty for answering.

I find bi is bi. When I noticed peopel putting words befor bi, like "partime" bi  for example. I was wondering if they did that that to "soften"what they said. As if they were ashamed? Like whispering instead of saying it out loud.

Propably still didn't explain it well..can't find a way to write it better in english.

teensub -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 2:36:38 PM)

I am bisexual, in the fact i find other women highly attractive and have slept with women and enjoyed it.
However i personally wouldnt want a relationship with a woman, it is mainly a sexual thing for me.

kittinSol -> RE: Being Bi within this lifestyle (11/4/2008 2:42:08 PM)

The more I get old, the more I think of women - I don't know how many nights for the past couple of months I've woken up from a dream where a woman was doing things to me. And I can't do much about it. Argh [8D] .
