Yes, I do Foxer. Im very fortunate. Now, I understand why Master asked that I stay away from forums as we were solidifying O/our structure. A wise man is He.

Looks like its me and you babe on this forum..... (big smile)

Willing, it's great that you put your appearance above all else...as do 99% of the population in this world...I commend you on that...but Foxer is not looking for anything realistic...he's looking for someone to join him on his pedastal...and no woman will ever be good enough for that.

candystripper -> RE: What Is It With Women...? (12/18/2005 2:54:18 PM)

Maybe if it weren't so obvious You think of women as objects, like windy, You'd get better responses. i personally think it's great that You dangle a monetary carrot in front of women here on CM and still get no response...we want a whole person, who genuinely cares for us.

Irish, with all due respect and i mean that sincerely, I just went back and read Foxer's profile. I easily fit that general description and I am a very real person, not living in a fantasy world...Im positive there are many more like me.

My Master is older and has a commanding presence and i did join him but not on His pedestal..., my pedestal is at my Master's feet and Im sure Foxer would love the same to find someone that shares his views.

I do agree appearance is very important, but attitude is 90 % of everything.

Foxer has gotten more attention on this thread than he ever got sending out email. i say we stop rewarding men who come to the boards and crab about us.

candy,

Sorry, I don't see any money or vegetables here.

Of course women are objects and their denial of that, especially here, is curious. No respectable Dom is going to get to get too sentimental because its going to frustrate any respectable sub. Example: your profile - "i would surrender my practice if my One wished me to stop" and "Etiqutte is only one area in which i wish to adhere to His rules and i want to feel a sense of obligation to fulfill HIs instructions. If you're not an object, or an aspiring object, you're here just faking. Everyone is an object to one degree or another.

As far as "whole person," again, that's subjective and relative.

Foxer

thanks, Master thinks so and thats what counts.

just b/c w/in 2 minutes of walking thro the door he will have me naked on my knees w/ collar and leash doesn't mean i won't look my best walking tho it,[;)]

as to the 'nilla workplace and various establishments that go hand in hand in that part of my life, i always do business casual and i am far from a barbie doll...self-esteem and pride, professionalism (along w/ attitude)count for alot in this world.i have my dress down days but that doesn't mean i let myself go.i wouldnt trade being in my forties for the 'perky' days of being in my twenties.

as to the rest of the post, it wasnt meant to be for me, so i'm not going there.

Now you sound like a found treasure, not just a hole (take it as a pun)

I agree with Foxer..just because you are a woman does not mean you are in demand...

Btw, just because someone says they are comfortable in their finances doesnt mean they want to be a sugar daddy. Just means the power company isnt knocking on their door on the 15th.

Cmon, Everyone raise your standards and enjoy life.

Oh my. I'm 37. Is this how I've been expected to dress? I'm screwed. :)

Guess that means i better hang up the suits i wear and pack away my 3-4 inch heels.. i'm sure my boss will be thrilled to pieces tomorrow...cept..i don't have any brown pants or grey sweatshirts -- what shall i do??? (sic)

Perhaps you should have titled this thread "Disdain for women"
That's how I read the tone of your posts to anyone who doesn't agree completely with your view.

windy135 -> RE: What Is It With Women...? (12/18/2005 4:15:48 PM)

It's important to remember that there are subs/slaves masters/doms of all types on this site. I'm in no way a slave but consider myself submissive. Not that I see anything wrong with being a slave. So maybe its important to put in your profile that you are looking for a certain type of woman. I hate to get on the topic of labels because it just get's everyone going. Hmmm I don't even know how to express what I want to say. I give up.. but I wish everyone luck on finding that special one!

Chaingang -> RE: What Is It With Women...? (12/18/2005 4:16:31 PM)

Foxer55:

If I were you I would say more about myself and leave off the age preferences. Your profile statement is very superficial, even if you want to keep it short I think it should state something a little more internal or heartfelt - you can always weed out the ladies that are not stylish enough for you after the fact. And while younger or older women outside of one's approx. age group might seem tedious you never know but that you might find someone to your liking anyway.

I haven't read all of the other posts in this thread but I think some people that replied were just riding you for whatever reason. I didn't find anything offensive in your profile. If you feel expert at so many things maybe some exposition on those traits would be in order. A list of traits ticked off in the "expert" category is simply a little cold feeling, but I don't doubt your good qualities - just tell your prospective ladies why you think you are expert or make a more detailed enumeration of your accomplishments. The real problem is that you have revealed very little where it counts most - in your personal statement.

Padriag normally has good things to say - so I would seriously consider his advice.

The main thing about the Internet - or real life for that matter - is that it's a numbers game. Keep at it and you will get replies. One month ain't no big deal in this game. Just stick with it.

Best of luck.

Foxer,

You're over the line.

Candy did not attach you personally, she expressed her opinion.

go after a sub here and you will not like the back lash. I suggest you let it go.

Hmmmm, I believe we are getting just a wee bit fickle here...

Everyone preaches open, honesty and directness....that works until you want to kinda make everything look pretty at first, then "weed out" later.

Hmmm...love the advice.(sarcastically said)....any more "later on" manevuers?

I personally love a general direct profile...doesnt waste my time nor theirs and if there is any leeway in the door...open it up!

WOW.....KISS....(Keep It So Simple!)

Well i dont see a reason to stop the discussion like if the OP has done some fault and need to be punished by silence, aster all, we may not like his wiews but his wiews are his and he have a right to keep them, all we can do is try to give him the advice to give him a more chnce of finding a woman. Sure if he find the woman he wants that is grate, after all there are women like willing that is grate whit their looks, and that put alot of care into it, and there is nothing wrong whit that, the problem is thare is not so many of that type in this day and age and finding exactly what one wants, may be a bit hard. i may think Foxer`s wiews are shovenistic and unrealistic, but lets not flame the man shall we he has the right to an opinion.

When i first got into BDSM and before that, i did not give a rats ass aboute my apperance, as long as my clothes was clean and my hair and body clean i did not care. it was first when i begun to get interested in BDSM and especialy the fact that my Master wants to lend me out that got me into getting pretty, well actualy the Gor books got be started. But i seldom use more than 15 minutes on the bathroom in the morning, a quik wash, some bodylotion, clean clothes that fit together, hair brushed and done in a simple way, perhaps a bit of powder on my nose to hide that it ofen shines and teeth brushed, ready, and i try to set a day in the week where i have and houer and a half or somthing to just paper myself, but what pepole are doing on the bathroom for two houers very morning, now that is totaly past me.

petwolf22 -> RE: What Is It With Women...? (12/18/2005 4:49:18 PM)

windy..i went through the same thing at school (just graduated saturday)...it's not easy to be so concerned with appearance when finals hit. frankly i'd always sacrifice looks for sleep unless i knew it was especially important (like a job interview or internship).
