Thank you so much for spending the last year lying to me and pretending to be something you are not. You are no gentleman and never will be. Dear Brighthouse,
If my personal health were failing as badly as your network health, I would have died sometime earlier this year.  In this brief moment of connectivity I want you to know that I was thinking about your shabby network and decided to share the dilemma you caused.  I have been sporadically disconnected (internet-phone) from the world lately.  When disconnected, it doesn’t leave a trace of anyone’s calls on my caller ID.  Fortunately my Vonage voicemail does work when I am disconnected.  However, this leaves me with an inordinate amount of voicemail that is very time consuming to retrieve compared to leafing through the caller ID. I have been retrieving about 30 minutes worth of messages a day but I was still backlogged by over 100 messages.  It wasn’t until last week that I finally caught up to all my voicemail. 

Your cable repairman comes again this afternoon.  This will be the third or fourth visit to straighten this mess out.  It is getting redundant!  I would go with DSL for internet and telephone access, use my answering machine in the house so I can see when I have messages and get a dish for TV but I see no other dishes in this condominium complex and fear they may be against policy. 

I hope Santa brings you some new switchers so your victims . . . er, I mean clients, can stay connected and receive the service you promise.  I hope you all die suddenly which causes new management to be put in place.

i wanted to thank you for being so enthusiastic in your new employment. i was over joyed last night to discover that you made 8 friggin medication errors in the past 3 days...2 involving narcotics( thanks fuckwad for making me an extra hour or so of work correcting your mistakes). i know cleaning up the ward clerks desk was of your highest priority and rearranging every shelf at the nurses station is #1 on your list of job descriptions. you have done an awesome job of changing a workspace that has served us well for the 6 years that i have been employed at the facility. you and your ADD was exactly what we needed at this point...NOT.  
i hope your short stay with us will be pleasant and i can't wait to see your name with a big red mark across it on the schedule.

he really is lucky i am not his supervisor or boss. his check would be waiting for him today when he arrived for work today...i can only hope that our boss looks seriously at all that i wrote in my communication to her.

It's seems there is an error in your billing, billing, billing, billing, billing, billing, billing.  The $24.99 software restore discs I ordered last night have been charged to my card 10 times now, every 2 hours.   When I called your customer service department, they showed no record on my account of last night's order and are therefore unable to stop the continuous billing. 

Per your request, I was going to fax CS rep a copy of my bank statement so you could start a trace at your end.  When I asked for her name and the company address for the fax cover sheet, she refused to give an address or last name.  I asked her if she was a subcontractor and she said no.  I asked if Toshiba was a virtual company or if they and their customer service department had a physical location?  She retorted with, "it's just a fax, what do you need an address for?"  I asked her what right she had to question me and informed her that business communications, fax covers included, have a name and address on them.  I also pointed out that if someone was stealing $24.99 every 2 hours, the customer service rep should be more forthcoming while her company was fucking you.

In short, the matter is in the hands of the credit card fraud division, I will be filling a better business bureau complaint and filling a better business bureau complain and filling a better business bureau complaint and filling a better business bureau complain and filling a better business bureau complaint filling a better business bureau complaint.
