Love is such an intense verb and I am reluctant to commit to that.

But I like the feeling of freedom. It is not a feeling of not being judged (puh-lease!) but more that I am just not as concerned with the impression I give. I like the entertainment value, I am attracted to the thrill, and I enjoy the intensity. Those are things I have in my plain old regular life as well, but just not as MUCH.

The friendships and relationships are no more or less fulfilling than some of my vanilla relationships. Just a little different sometimes.

To answer the OP, I love that this lifestyle has given me the opportunity to meet someone who accepts and encourages me to be me.

I like to be forced to do things. To fight and lose. Forced control is amazing.

But what I love is to submit. To be controlled with words. When I am told to do something and I obey, I am not having control taken from me, but freely giving it. When I submit, I am handing over myself, and I love the feeling of being safe and protected that comes along with that submission. Its quite addicting.

He likes when it seems I'm reading his mind on things he wants. And I'm already getting, or doing. Without being told. I see, feel his pride in this. Making everything about my life .. to me.. wonderful. And that's knowing, he's proud of me.

What do I love about this life I lead? I gave a very short answer to that yesterday, but I have considered the answer in more depth. I have an M/s relationship. He is not one to micro-manage but he does take complete control of whatever he wishes. There are times however, that I just want to ask him, “Who died and made you boss?!?” During those times, I just wince as I realize that it was me that made him the boss. There is a certain irony in that and I realize what a complete masochist I am to give a sadist complete authority over me.

There are those times though, where submitting to his will is the most challenging and difficult task I have ever accomplished. I have to let go of all the thoughts of, it should be this way or what about what I want... I have to call on all my inner-strength to just let go and graciously submit to his will. When I am able to accomplish this, there is such a feeling of peace and contentment. This is no bitterness or resentment for having to do only what he wants, just peace over the choices I have made.

This feeling does not come solely from pleasing him or of him being proud of the accomplishment. For the most part this struggle goes unrecognized by my Lord. I believe that he sees it and knows when it is happening, but there is no verbal recognition from him that it occurs. The pride and satisfaction come from within and it is mostly due to me being true to my inner-self and trusting my choice to become his.

This is what I meant when I said that "this lifestyle has given me the opportunity to meet someone who accepts and encourages me to be me." It is the feeling of peace and contentment from actively demonstrating my inner-self.
