To me, the word "slut" has changed. Many years ago, it used to be just about sex. It meant someone who was "easy", enjoyed sex a lot, and wasn't too picky about partners. Now the word has morphed into a broader definition. It transcends the realm of sex, and is applicable to almost anything. It does imply a great enjoyment of an activity that leads to being indiscriminate about partners and/or time and/or place. Now, a "___________ slut" is someone who likes a specified activity so much that they're not picky at all about who they do it with. For example, take chess. Some people only like to play people they can beat. Others want a challenge, and only want to play people who are as good as them, or better. A chess slut would be happy to play against anyone, and pretty much anytime. The word slut without an activity specified in front of it, is about sex. And, although it usually means somebody who likes sex a lot and is pretty indiscriminate about partners, there is some nuance around it now. Someone could actually be considered a slut, yet still be monogamous, if they enjoy sex so much that their partner can entice them into it at any time and/or place; they're almost always primed and ready to go, so that once their partner initiates things, it's like the slut is so horny that there's no turning back, no chance of resisting. As you can imagine, if a submissive/bottom is a slut, the dominant/top can very easily use sex as a means of control. That's my personal definition of the word these days.
