Most times, yes...sometimes no. When it just friggin hurts more than I can handle, if I'm in a mood where I can't handle it and/or it's a punishment..then no I get no sexual arousal from it at all. It's not just because of nerve endings. There are primary and secondary sensations. Primary sensations are the sensations you get from direct physical contact. No, not every time, in the same way as clitoral stimulation is not 100% guaranteed. Personally, if i am not in the mood, my head is not in the right place due to emotional factors, or if other physical input to the brain is stronger then even the usually most effectively stimulating actions won't work. I found it telling that the OP said to someone earlier that if their partner turned them on, i.e. sexually stimulated them first then a good spanking would work, when in fact all it would be doing is continuing stimulation already started by other means. For some of us not every action works in the same stimulating fashion every time, it isn't an exact science!
