Status: offline 		Anybody else having a great time playing the new expansion?

I am finding the quests to be refreshing and fun, the new class is a blast, and the lore in the game to be top notch. What characters do you play? What level are they? :)

i thought it when Burning Crusades came out and i watched all the best (raiding) guilds crash and  burn
and i think it now, as i watch all the NEW best (raiding) guilds begin to crash and burn...

they've messed up the instances so that everyone can get the same gear, without effort, or skill, or time spent...
free epix!
they've messed with class balance so much... who does what?
everyone does everything!
except for priests who do... nothing. :|

most of my WoW buddies have quit the game... i'm soon to follow suit...

just as soon as i hit 80 on my mains.

72 human priest
70 human mage
65 draenei hunter

Status: offline 		I am loving my new death knight. She is only level 59 because I have been getting her other profession up. My favorite is death grip. It gives a whole new meaning to "pulling the mobs" I mainly play on "Bleeding Hollow" and "The Scyers"

rofl.  HORDE RULES!!!!!!

I have a death knight and so does my um.  We love em. 

I haven't noticed the every class does everything so much but opinions are bound to vary.  They did make the pally much more able to solo.  A recent patch had made pallies waaaay too strong and they fixed that. 
I am not at all bothered by the expansion.  The only real problem I see is that they still have the respawn set too high in certain areas.  Mobs should not respawn faster than I can loot a body.

Heh, i have not gotten the new expansion yet but will be doing so in afew days.I've spent the last few weeks working on my Troll Warrior so I have that lvl55 finally open when i install it.

I can't wait to play a Death Knight

Status: offline 		You know.. I was really looking foward to Warhammer, but the combat was a bit clunky and WoW ended up being my choice. But wow.. Darkfall looks really awesome. Also, I think there is an MMO coming out based on the Whitewolf tabletop game, and it looks absolutely stunning as well. Can't wait for that one!

But as far as Lich King goes, I like the style, much more casual than the game as ever been before. and hrm.. for the most part.. I have to agree. the Horde is way awesome :)

I was thinking more that he groups and kills things while I talk dirty to him on mic to keep him motivated.

Status: offline 		I took a huge break from WoW. I HATE questing, that shit gets so old so quick. Overall it looks great though, just can't bring myself to play it. Been chillin on Second Life for a change.

I don’t understand what you mean by "beat the game”?  That sounds like something a noob that “capped and bailed” would say.  If so, you are missing the all the end game content.  Typical end game goals are:

To get ALL your end game gear and were decked out in tier 6 or season 4 gear?
To get all the epic gems and enchants for your gear? 
For your guild work out their RAID strats and BT, Sun Well & Hyjal was on pharm status?
For you to max your professions and get the epic formulas and patterns to become a benefit to your guild?
For your PvP teams to win the Arena Tournaments.
For your guild to become a leader in your battlegroup and feared by the opposing faction.

Anyway, the new content has essentially created a whole new game, a new class, new skills, new talents, new professions and all my old WoW friends are raving about it telling me to come back to the guild.

In other news: I love ganking. Rogues ftw.

I'm in a top 3 guild on my server, just don't feel like playing. Only motivation to play at all is for the new arena season.

Status: offline 		I always just cracked my bullwhip in the mic to get the attention of my guild, that worked for the most part. Most of my guildies, would do pretty much anything I asked if I cracked the whip. my main toon's name was MsStress, gave me the staff of dominance for 0 DKP in the old pre BC days. My WoW slaves would run my squishy toon around helping me quest so I could kill stuff, of course most of them were tanks, and could take damage, just not actually kill anything.

I haven't played in about 2 months, work was getting in the way of my WoW time, debating whether or not I want to pick it up again, I have played since original release day on Kel'thazod (that is badly mispelled) .  I have 70 epiced out holy priest, 70 mage, 70 hunter, 70 druid, then a 60 shaman that I hate.

I hear that there is a lot of good lore in the quests about Arthas and you get to cross his path a few times before you cap.  I guess you meet on one quest and he only has 800 health but, if you hit him, you get teleported out... LOL

I won't have time for WoW until spring.  I wish I had time now, I hear it is the greatest version of WoW ever launched and it blows Warhammer out of the water,

Status: offline 		Warhammer flopped, but nowhere near as bad as Age of Conan. I'm still pissed I wasted my money on that trash.

Breaking out the WoW now due to extreme boredom.
