No, I have not had this experience. I have been able to make my sub/slave control when she orgasms as in, if she is masturbating and is ready to orgasm I force her to contain it for a long period of time until I allow her that release. Nope, I haven't ever be able to accomplish that particular feat and I've got a hair trigger clit myself. I've attended public play parties for a couple of decades now and have never witnessed it being done although there was this time at APEX where I saw it (obviously) faked but apparently the dom in question was so cool ::koffs:: that everyone just oohed and aahed and bought into it hook, line and sinker. This is a topic where those who don't believe it can happen will accuse those who can do it of faking it, and those who can do it will get frustrated at being called liars. I came on command for my former owner. The pool of gushings at my feet were enough proof for him that it was real. I don't know if I could do it again, because it was the connection between us that allowed it the last time. Whether or not anyone believes that is really of no consequence to me, because the experience was between my owner and I. I believe it can be done. I don't believe it's terribly common, but, neither are lottery winners, but they're definitely out there. My Dear One can very nearly do so, and hell, he's male. shrug Either that, or I just have pretty damned good timing... may very well be the case. Who knows.

The problem with the phrase "cum on command" is that when anything is done "on command", it TYPICALLY is instanteous. If you train your dog to do something "on command", like fetch, stay, down, come, drop-it, it is done instantly, not at some point in the future from that time forward (whether that is one minute, five minutes, whatever). But MOST people I have seen that say they can "cum on command" do not mean they cum instantly from a cold start, but that it takes several minutes from the command being given to the end result. I think that is why so many people have difficulty believing it, because the concept of "on command" is that of instantly. Cali

If you're manipulating the clitoris, then it's not on command, it's on stimulation and command. I don't, and likely never will. There are plenty of females who can orgasm after brief contact either from someone else or from squishing their legs together and pressing against the clitoris. And there are some who can orgasm, legs spread, no build up mentally or physically. Although I've never known one that could orgasm on command with no stimulation when their emotional or spirit balance was lacking.
