The mistake is perhaps that we always tend to see people as a group : the muslims, the homosexuals, the catholics, the ... ect. I believe that every person is different, has his own vision, his own ideas, his own identity and that we should get to know the individual before judging, unless we are talking about an institution, like "the roman church" for exemple

Both of you are completely entitled to your opinion. The people who came to bash you are wrong. However him bashing us is wrong too. All people make their own decisions and while I would never make a porn, I appreciate the freedom felt by those who do.

i do not think this limits her choices. There are more than 1 actress that started in porn, more than one women that became rich due to porn and smarts and developing their own production company. Ask Ginger Lynn, Tracy Lords, Jenna Jamision if they feel sorry for their choices.

People are more forgiving of peoples past than you give them credit for. Ask, Brittany Spears, or Robert Downey Jr.

I would also guess that one casting a movie may never have viewed bondage porn.

I don't believe Charlotte has ever talked about wanting to be a movie star. But i will certainly ask her.

Aw come on kittin, room for one more? What a crock of bs, that somehow we are being holier than thou moralists to question such a potentially unwise choice. I agree, I think this was a regrettable choice and her Master I hope is there for her when and if this all falls apart. I just read through the thread, and i agree that it is fine for the several people who believe that young women who are involved in porn are making a huge mistake. They are following the belief that all women involved in porn are manipulated, and coerced into it. While I respect their beliefs, to me it ignores the possibility that some of these young women may have researched porn careers throughly, and decided to use their exhibitionist and masochistic tendencies to earn a living. I know that my wife made this decision. She researched the field, talked to women working in the industry, researches companies products before she works for them, and markets herself. She is a businesswomen. As her husband and master, I support her in this. I have made it clear to her that she can do this as long as she enjoys it. The moment she stops enjoying it and finding it rewarding, she is to stop.

Kink.com did an interview with several of their models, as well as a psychologist who is involved in the kink community. It discussed with the models the reasons they got involved in the industry, the impact on their lives, the reaction of their families, and the beliefs they have about how society views porn. My wife was one of those interviewed. She talked about why she is in porn and the problems she has encountered with her family. She believes firmly that the path she has chosen is the right one. I would encourage any woman, my wife or child to do what they love. We are our experiences and if it is approached realistically and intelligently, it can be a good career.

There will always be a place for opinions, as this board, even this thread, demonstrates. Of course, when half of those opinions are wrong <ba-da-zing> .... just kidding, as has been stated before, "opinions are like assholes...practically everyone has one."

Charlotte may or may not have a future in "legitimate" movies as a result of her actions, but she seems to get joy out of what she's doing now.   And it is her choice, as an adult, to be a sub and to be in these movies.

Well kittin, the "herd" mentality is the primary reason I basically only post in OffTopic Chat.
I can see many pro's and con's on each side, and as usual "to each their own".

I just wanted to note as usual how very unaccepting many here are of anyone that DARES to state
and have a "different opinion".
Group think, herd mentality, and lack of accepting divergent {popular} " let's feel good" opinions get's boring.

Maybe one day, many here will just accept that we have a RIGHT to have a different opinion, and I applaud those that actually speak up against the "herd" opinion.
If we are not free to have different opinions here, and feel the need to agree with everyone no matter what,what is the point?
I have to deal with "fake" people at work, but I try to eliminate as many "fake" people as I can in my real life.

We should not be "bashed" because we dare to look at situations in a different way.
There are many regular posters down here in OffTopic that I don't agree with, but I love to hear
their opinions! Imagine fucking that?

Popeye and I OFTEN do not agree, but I adore Tom, have him on my buddy list and sure as hell plan to meet him when I go to Myrtle Beach.

I often do not agree with kitten or slaveboy, but I enjoy hearing their opinions also! Imagine fucking that!

For the record, if I was young and was in this lifestyle and was asked I probably would have considered doing the shoot.
As far as ANY of my loved one's {male or female} doing something similar?, Hell no I would not be happy to see them doing any type of porn. *Primarily because I would worry about it resurfacing and limiting their choices in the future.* I also don't want any of my younger people
posting their faces on the internet either.
They need to wait until they become senior citizens as I plan on doing, and THEN becoming cyber babes. Hell, what will I have to lose at that point? I have stated here before, when I retire I plan to supplement my income as "SexyMia", online. Start saving your damn money.
