So the flashpoint between Islam and the Judeo christians, is where it all started, the so called holy lands, and to think Islam started as an offshoot from Christianity, so basically if one goes back far enough, the same initial belief. I wonder, are non Judeo christian/ Islam , just as keen to try to and wage war against each other, or is this their problem only ? From what I remember of history, and I am searching back a long way here, the mess that is the existing Islamic lands , were lands England, France and Turkey fought over, manipulated and walked away. A lot of the problems of the region can be put at the feet of England, France and Turkey, and now, each of those countries is powerless to sort out the mess. But the formation of Israel, the eviction of Palestinians from their land to give the WW2 refugees a home, was wrong. Millions died to stop the Nazis in their ambitions of conquest and their pogrom of the Jews, one would think the aggressor vanquished, those that hold the Jewish religion should have gone back to their countries and picked up the pieces, contributed to the rebuilding of the country, if not in funding, but manual graft. No, it was decided to go and form a new country for these people. So from then on, as Israel has expanded, more land was required, so more Palestinians kicked off their land. So, they fight back, can you blame them ? Rocket attacks on Israel, is an escalation, things in that region have been getting out of hand for too long a time and they have been left to fight it out, with obvious support for each religious community from respective parts of the world, so it can be seen as Israel/ Palestine is the battlefront between Islam and I suppose much of the west. Can this mess be sorted out, can it, or have things gone too far now ?
