I am going to assume that this is after a time of being together-now is the assumption also that the relationship is ending as in no collar, no leash any longer? if that is the case--then I would say most likely yes to the leaving for extenuating circumstances of which career aspirations can be one. My role as a Dominant/head of a family is to ensure that everyone is able to grow to their full chosen potential, that to Me means providing the opportunities to do so. As we evolve, things change, our desires for career, family etc take on different looks as we go through life. Does it mean that the collar has to be removed---THAT depends, the world is not as big as it once was, maintaining a relationship with distance if desired can be accomplished.
