And sometimes remarks are not just opinions on here..but as some one said...disagreeing to disagree. TO such "remarks
a" I can understand some one responds.

Defending ones point..is one of the things people do on forums. But it is healthy to know your limits.

Course it is, but there's a fair old difference between putting your case forward, and running 'round trying to stop people calling you a cunt. In any group, there will be an element who err on the side of the rumour mill and gossip. You don't like it, then don't join a group.

yes and no. ( that sounds weird..lol)
There are groups (or forums) that will not tolerate such. They just break off discussions going that way.
This forum is pretty free in that way....and when you join...you indeed accept that freedom and its results.
Gossip/rumours..mmm..well yes..you have to stand above it...but it can feel shit anyway. Even people in the lifestyle are human.

Personally i don't think you're being overprotective. The way i look at it is this...i am my Master's slave. Therefore, protecting my Master is a part of my duties. (Master calls me His little pitbull poodle..lol)
