If you're trying to hide veggies... there should be a lot of resources in google.  Look at things for picky eaters and the tips people get on how to hide things in kids food.

If you have a local bookstore nearby, ask the info desk for Jessica Seinfeld's  book "Deceptively Delicious" and other books like it such as "the sneaky chef".  I don't know that they would really be worth purchasing.. but a quick glance through them should give you some good ideas of how you can incorporate things.

some things from google...

In the past I have found that chopping veggies can be quite fun, because I can talk to them and be all stupid and silly, and if I happen to be slightly cranky I can be vindictive about chopping them up, and then usually after a round of veggie chopping I am in a better mood.

Chop the vegetables up really small and saute, then add tomato sauce, seasonings and simmer. Result a great spaghetti sauce. I grate raw zucchini into meatloaf. Even the zucchini hating teen likes it better like that, less dense and more moist.

I'll eat avocado, strait out of the peel. No need to put it with anything at all.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE raw avocado. Had a raw Avocado this morning in fact. Just cut it open and ate it while watching tv with DAddy.

for me... put avocado in anything (uncooked of course) and I'll eat it...

I was thinking you could maybe you could blend broccoli into ground hamburger and make hamburgers,  However would the broccoli make the hamburger taste funny?

Made a banna strawberry smoothie this morning an got curious and put a small head of broccolie in there and now the smoothie is kind of bitter tasting and un appealing lol.

I'll still drink it though, it's not so gross it's un drinkable.

Also how could you make vegitable smoothies that are tasty? And what would you mix say, carrots with to make it creamy like you'd think a smoothy is.,

As long as you're not making a smoothie out of broccoli and raw hamburger, I think you're on the right track.

For me the best way is to feed cattle veggies and than make steaks out of them. This way you get your veggies and protien.. yummmmm.

Seriously, how about making a nice stew with the meat, potatoes and veggies and than mashing up the veggies and plating it on a piece of hard bread?

While cooked vegetables are definitely better than no veggies at all you want to keep in mind that you do lose a lot of nutrients as you cook them.  Since you are wanting to do this for a healthier diet you should really try more to learn tastier ways of preparing them rather than to disguising them.  Do you like Oriental food?  The veggies are mostly just steamed with various seasonings, often mixed with rice or with noodles in soup.

I know I used to hate a lot of different veggies, including mushrooms, but found that it was mostly just psychological for me.  I didn't like mushrooms because the idea of eating fungus disgusted me.  I didn't like peas because for some reason I associated "peas" with "pees".  And who wants to eat a vegetable that looks like a small brain?  Once I started getting over some of my weird "ideas" I actually started enjoying most all veggies....though I do still have a bit of a problem with eating fungus!

Those are the kinds of ideas I was looking for.

Why do the stems on broccoli, make it less yummy than if you use the florets alone?

If you peel the outer skin off the broccoli stem, and just cook the inner white core the taste won't be as bitter. I do this all the time when I cook broccoli as this is my one favorite veggie and eat 3-4X a week!

Simple ways that Steel keeps Veggies in EVERYTHING.

First you will need A Slow Cooker and a Juicer if you do not have these things not all of them will work.

Spagetti Squash: It is a longer process but you can remove the Pasta Completely by using Spagetting Squash. Simply cut a Spagetti Squash in half (Length wise) and put it on an oven Pan for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. They will be HOT when you are done so wear an oven mit and run a fork length wise on the inside "Meat" of the Squash. Look at my Hearty Spagetti Sauce for the next part.

Hearty Spagetti Sauce: Two cans of Traditional Spagetti Sauce the cheap stuff. Then I add to it Slow Cooked Carrots, When chopped up thet blend in with the Tamotoes and you don't even notice that they have been added. If you have Picky Eaters those Slap Choppers are Wonderful things. I will chop a Onion, Celery, Beats, Carrots, Corn, and Olives into the Tomatoe Sauce and then add a half pound of ground turkey sausage or Ground Turkey and the sauce gets really thick and very hearty VERY FILLING.,

Slow Cooker. If you use a Half Can of Vegtable Broth and a cup of water in a SMALL Crock Pot you can make all our own Stewing Vegtable By yourself, The resulting Stock is an AMAZING Flavored Stock for Beef and Barley Stew all you need to do is at a 2 1/2 pount Beef roast to it and then add in your vegtables later.

Why Keep them Seprate? Well if you do it this way you can seperate all the Vegtables with Starches from those without making your Stew that much more healthy. If you cook the Potatoes FIRST and remove the water from your stew you can cut out over 1/4 of the starch from getting into your mean this is GREAT for people with Dibetes which I happen to have, also helps on the High BGL's you deal with after eating most other stews.

The reason the Smoothie didn't work out is because you added the whole Brocoli. If you juice Brocoli it tastes pretty good in any smoothy and if you save the PULP from your Juiced Vegtables they make Awsome Additions to ANY Spagetti Sauce.

If you really wanna ass things into your diet that are more healthy for you here are a few things you might want to try.

Like Hamburger? Well if you can't stomace the healthy and Animal Friendly Boca Burgers, if you are still willing to eat MEAT that is maybe go to Buffallo as Buffallo is VERY lean and in even the least healthy cut still has less Fat then most Black Angus Beef. Buffallo is not sold everywhere but if you can find an outlet for it is is more expensive and much more tasty.

So you can't afford Buffallo? Get the Expensive Beef and Bulk it up. Any Item that can be Shreaded, Like Squash or Carrotts or Potatoes can then be sauted and added to the ground beef to make it stretch in most cases you will want to Saute them just before you make the Pattys for burgers because otherwise the tend to fall apart on the grill and only savages cook burgers on the stove top.

Meatloaf can be made with as little as 60% Meat. Try Adding things and remember that things that become Pasty are your friends as they help to keep the Loaf Together. You can add just about andy vegtable to a Meat loaf and my personal trick with flavoring is adding in your Ketchup and Whorshtishire sause then adding a Paackage of Limpton Onion Soup Mix. Tastes Great and for two good size loafs one package is the perfect amount. Also if you are going the healthy rout you should know that using a Bread Loaf Pan is a BAD Idea, just form a Loaft type structure on a deep dish pan and left the grease escape AWAY from the loaf.

Finally be creative and try things just to see. Case in Point I recently was turned ontro Apples and Cheese, I would have NEVER put the two together but you know what it was AWSOME. Who Knew? (The French I'm sure) Anyway you never know what will taste good together unless you try. Just try to not to get too wild combining Sweet and Savory SOmtimes it works very well..... sometimes it becomes a story the family tells for YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS

If you like the smoothies, my suggestion would be to purchase a juicer. There's a pamplet inside that has some ideas for what fruits and veggies to blend together that taste good (sorta like the V8 Fusion only healthier).

I'm just not an outright veggie eater,  there's very few veggies I willingly will eat, carrots being one cucumbers being another and bell peppers being another.

Have you thought about making a cold salad, toss the vegs you do like with some balsamic and oil or an italian dressing?

Get this cookbook it was written by Jerry seinfelds wife...to get the kids to eat more veggies.

There is a similar book on the market as well.  There was some pending lawsuit against Seinfeld for stealing the recipes or something.  Not sure what ever went on with it.

Anyway, half.com and it will be dirt cheap.

If you try to sneak veggies in through the front door, they'll just sneak out through the back door.

I've never really had lots of Oriental foods, and the stuff we do is stuff like sweet and sour pork, and pot stickers.

It's not the mental part of it, all though if you knew that mushrooms were grown in huge flats of poop and soil, you'd certainly be like ewww ewww nasty it's been in direct contact with poop ewwwwwww.

It's texture and taste and smell of the product. If it stinks, tastes bad or looks bad I won't go near it lol.

my mom cooks them on the stove top, So are we savages by association?

Reducing some of the starch is very handy and Daddy and I will try the squash spagettie instead of the bags of spagettie, maybe Monday, actually.

Actually we have before, green salads, and there's avocado's and green unions from the garden and lettuce and tomato and cucumbers, and we don't put dressing on it at all. Well my parents do but I like it just as it is.

Other squashes taste quite good, have a very mild flavor, my favorite is Acorn  Most times I scoop out the seeds and then add margarine in the hollow, sprinkle with pepper and microwave for 10-12 mins. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and eat.

Yams are a good substitute for potato and are quite healthy. Just baked, peel and add a bit of butter. Sometimes I'll peel and dice the raw yam into 1" chunks, coat in canola oil, add in basil, chopped garlic or garlic powder, italian seasoning and place on pan and bake 20-25 mins at 350.

Ya'll are making me hungry.......

As for a tip, the only tip I have are things like stuffed pork chops with broccoli? We had stuffed pork chops the other night that had dried cherries, pecans, and an apricot glaze in the middle of them - ye gods it was tasty!

Broccoli is going to change the taste of anything you put it into, because it has a strong distinct flavor.

With fruits (in smoothies or put through a juicer) you can try carrots.  They complement the flavor of the fruits and you can't even tell they're in there and they come out of the juicer almost creamy.  You may also want to try beets, because they are kind of sweet and shouldn't contrast much with the flavor of the fruits.

I've heard of people grinding up carrots and adding to a meatloaf, but have never tried it myself.   You can make lasagna with some veggies in it, like spinach and very thinly sliced zuccini.  And this may be counterproductive to healthy eating, but zuccini bread is really awesome and it doesn't taste like veggies are in it.
