And we are having pot roast cooked in the crockpot with potatoes,onions and portabello mushrooms, and cornbread for Sir. He does love his cornbread!

Home made veg soup

Roast beef, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, onions, carrots, parsnip and leek (roasted in one pan), brussel sprouts and parsnips (roasted in another), quorn pieces (for the veggies) and a veg and a meat gravy.

Dessert: Baked Pear and Icecream

Was homemade chili and grilled cheese last night. Tonight it is breakfast for dinner, with homemade gravy, buscuits, bacon and eggs.

No dinner. I'm still stuffed. I had a late lunch at a Mexican restaurant. I had Ceviche Appetizer then Skirtsteak and shrimps in chili sauce. And a large Margarita!

Gawd, the Mexican meal sounds yummy ... note to self to go out for margarita this week!

I just put chicken breasts in the oven with BBQ sauce; rice; veg and salad.

Starters - Vietnamese Nam Saigon spring rolls, (main course) Chinese style green chicken curry with water chestnuts, bamboo shoots and peppers, mushroom fried rice, fresh green salad, (dessert) apples and piri-piri, all home made bar fresh produce.

Pot Roasted Lamb?

Cut the leftowvers into chunks and bag and freeze a pound and a half or so, per bag. Then, the left overs can become yummy things, like:
Lamb Pot Pie
Shepards Pie
Irish Stew (which, regardless of any suggestion Jonathan Livingston Seagull may have made, does not usually contain the Irish.)
