I've had a CB 6000 on someone for about 3 months now. The only time he is released is when I want use of the toy between his legs. For cleanliness, he showers first using a massaging shower head, then he sits in a soapy bath with salts. He hasn't had any odor, chaffing, urinary tract, or other hygiene issues. He uses some baby oil to keep chaffing away...quite simple really. He knows he belongs to me. I know he works extra hard to please me in hopes of release. What Akasha says is true, and has been my experience. As I said earlier, after prolonged chastity, if left alone, your sex drive adapts and diminishes. But if teased, it is that much more stronger. After a week, I am just about climbing the walls without release, and Akasha is right about that frustration being readily used to the advantage of a dominant. Ms. Mlicious LOVES chastity. But the devices are so hard to sleep in long term. I really wish there was a more comfortable alternative.

There are times when the chastity can hinder sleep and that wasn't something I liked about them. So I would have them use something different when they needed to get some sleep and couldn't because of the chastity. A leash, cock ring... anything that wasn't going to disturb sleep but would be a reminder and then the chastity back on in the morning. When they start waking up two, three times a night and having to struggle with it, it poses other problems that I didn't think were part of where we were going with the chastity in the first place.

That's an idea I never understood; that any kind of fluid emission from the penis is the same as an orgasm. How does that ruin chastity? Does a wet dream feel good? I've certainly never been aware of one happening. Does it make you less desperate to have that sensation? Not that I've noticed. The longest I've been "forced" to stay chaste is a week, and after a few days not only was I leaking almost constantly I did have wet dreams as well. Neither had any impact on my need to orgasm.

The word chastity by itself doesn't necessarily imply 24/7, forever. I do agree with you that few men (actually DAMN few men) are interested in permanent chastity.
