Yeah, I figure why should little kids be the only ones to enjoy a good sugar rush.

The only Sweets I am addicted to would never cause me to OD.  At least I hope not.  That would make living together very bad!  haha!

But the only Time I eat things like that, and too much like that, I am drinking.  Then, I only feel REALLY thirsty the next day.

I wouldn't wish to insult you with saying REALLY? Because if it wasn't you wouldn't be saying so, but Holy shit REALLY?

Yeah I would of thought teriyaki bowls were nutricious too since they were mostly veggies rice and steak but the sugary teriyaki sauce that makes it so friggen nummy, is what's the worst part about it I'd guess.

...we primarily only eat at Jack in the box...But I get the eggstreme saussage egg sandwhiches. Two eggies prolly have 900 calories. not great, but not bad.

Each one's 670 calories.  Which reminds me on how I once thought a chicken teriyaki bowl was the "nutritious" choice...only to find those suckers were 580 calories.  Argh.  Gonna be pitas fer me, if I get out there again.

If you can  get it without the teryaki sauce it probably wouldn't be too bad.  Keep in mind that soy sauce has fewer carbs, but it's higher in sodium, if you must have a sauce.

The information's on their web site.  Blew me away, for sure.  The teriyaki bowls have a high calorie count due to the rice (about 100g of carbs.)  Fat's only 5.5g.

I have lots of recipes, and I have made month long eating plans before for friends who didn't know exactly what to do. Go ahead and cmail me if you want the recipes! I'm lucky, since they are all on my PC, so I don't have to type them all out!

Sugar is a bad bad thing for me.  If I avoid it altogether, I find that after a while I don't want it.  But as soon as I have a little, feed the beast, as it were, then I can't get enough.  My advice, avoid it ALTOGETHER, and you'll be better off.

That's what I've been saying, in forms I can easily recognise it for what it is, Ie cakes, and cookies, and ice creams ect ect I am happy staying away from it:)

Actually, being extremely thirsty after pigging out on lots of sugar IS a symptom of a diabetes problem.......and since you are morbidly obese, diabetes is a real concern that you should check into.  And Holly's right, the sodium isn't helping either.  Your little episode of eating all those wings sounds a bit like a binge eating episode.

Just a bit of "food" for thought.

As others have said, bet it's salt at least as much as sugar.  Gatorade and greens.  Maybe some ginger or peppermint tea.
And time, definitely time.

Yep, the body will purge it over time - don't overdo it with the water tho, while people are urging you to drink plenty it has been known for people to overdo it only to wind up seriously ill after it's jiggered their electrolytes.

Veggies are your best friend, so eat smaller meals more regularly to stem those cravings.

Gatorade is also loaded with sodium, although it also has electrolytes.  It was created to rehydrate althetes in warmer climates.

The damn stuff does seem to sneak in everywhere

I try to be aware that most barbecue sauces that are served in restaurants are loaded with sugar, and am skeptical of anything with "Honey" in the description.  It doesn't take too much for me to spin into a sugar binge and wake up facedown in a pint of Ben and Jerry's (not literally, of course).

I like the sports drinks myself but they are loaded with sugar too.  Just recently I discovered "Skinny Water" which is essentially "vitamin water" without sugar or sodium for that matter.  Comes in lots of flavors and is quite tasty.

I have been drinking Smart Water, its simply distilled water and electrolytes. No sodium, no flavoring, no sugar type stuff including artifical.  The flavor of the water is unchanged.

Those fast foods type of meals have more salt (or sodium) than anything else. That is probably what made you so thirsty. Those massive quantities can be pretty harmful to the body......besides just feeling yucky the next day.

soul2share, I get tested quite regularly for diabetes, an d I am probably going to go go get my sugars tested Monday, not because of the pigging out, but because I wanted to do it even before I pigged out because I am constantly thirsty, even if I DO Watch what I eat and stay away from junk.

I am lucky that I have no problem drinking plain old water. I do love flavorings in it, like crystal light, and stuff, but honestly more and more I want the crisp clean fresh taste of pure un flavored water.  Daddy buys me like 4 or 5 cases of AuqaFina, and yeah every one says bottled water is a waste of money just filter tap water, but honestly I love the simplicity of bottled water and wouldn't ever mess with filters an refilling and stuff, since a friend of mine I lived with did that, and I just prefere to buy cases of water.

Yeah tell me about it, sugar and fructose and high fructose corn syrup sneaks into anything and everything, one time as an experiment I went through our pantry and looked at everything we currently eat and almost all of it had high fructose corn syrup, and my DR has told me to stay away from HFCS And FCS As best as I can.
