I usualy drink at least 3 bottles a day, more if I have been active and am hot and thirsty, or just plain old thirsty.

I do a liquid fast once a month , sometimes more. But my sister uses the liquid fast when she feels she has had too much of something or other, like salt or sugar or fatty foods. So I think that is one of the best ways to handle a sugar overdose. Again, I have recipes for detox drinks, 'green drinks' like the Ageless CocktailKiwi Delux, cabbage juice for ulcers and lots more :D Just Cmail me if you want em

I believe that only heroin/morphine could take the edge off of a sugar buzz from Krispy Kreme donuts. I also believe that crack cocaine is the main ingredient in the glaze.

I ate Krispy Kreme donuts for the first time last year. I had herd so much about them, I ordered one of everything. The cute little soul sister behind the counter said the glazed ones were “da’ real deal if eat them hot” so I also got a dozen of those.

I got in my car and the smell was fantastic. I reached in to the box of the hot glazed donuts and ate 4 of them before I made it home. I was so buzzed from the sugar, and so excited about finally trying Krispy Kreme, I expressed my elation to girl and her friend. Apparently, I was talking so fast I sounded like the announcer to the Micro Machines by Galoob commercial and the girls were cracking up.

So, it is my firm belief that $6 worth of Krispy Kreme requires $100.00 worth of heroin or a dozen valium to counteract it and detox is beyond hope.
