I stay because: Ive met some pretty amazing people (here and in RL) because of CM I'm fascinated by all the insight that that is peppered all over this board. I love all the Stella-isms I want to know what GT thinks of all the recipes I sent her once she makes them I'm highly entertained by the ongoing exchange with Steel in the 'what movie is this quote from?' thread and because chances are good I'll meet some more amazing people

i stay because i am just one email away from the dom of my dreams to magically drag me by the hair and into my dream relationship..... all sarcasm aside, i am STILL vanilla, but knowing about the lifestyle will help when i meet the right dom.

I could have chosen one of a number of submissive's.... if I wanted to live in a different place or they did and one or both had no commitments or family that kept them where they were. One must consider all things in life... health, family, career, social commitments, property... and then you add, personality, kink, physical and mental attraction, common goals and sincerity. Just because there are bodies... doesn't mean you will find one that fits your own.

In the years I have been here--when did this site start, anyway? I have been in several relationships, and made many friends. That doesn't mean that I have found the one that is most right for me, in a situation that we can both make work.

I am only on this site, nowadays, for the sheer entertainment of the fucking morons who constantly contact me. That and the boards. IMHO: The people that use the boards are the real ones and the folks I respect.

I stay here because there are like-minded people who are into the same lifestyle as I am. That's pretty much it. It's practically my second to last connection to the bdsm lifestyle, because I've pretty much given up every other tie to the lifestyle that I used to have. Other than running a web site for a bdsm company that I only run because she's been my client for over a decade now, and it would be pretty crappy for me to force her to find someone else to do what I do for the rate I charge, I have almost no connections to the lifestyle anymore. That's why collarme seems really important to me, and why I stay here. Little by little, I push myself further and further from the lifestyle, and I've even spent very little time on collarme these days.

Maybe the women stay to post on the forum. I came here to post on the forum as the first thing I do. I have a sub but I am looking for another one because mine is running away in some months. When I find a new sub I might still come back to read the collarme forum. I will do dominatrix and submissive play with my sub first because play is more fun but sometimes I might get tired of walking on my sub and I will want to type on the forum to rest my feet. (maybe I make my sub type?)
