Yeah, the only way to balance person who's out of touch with reality, is someone equally out of touch in the opposite direction.  Good call. ;)

I do not support eugenics.

..oh yes?

quote:

ORIGINAL: MissSepphora1

I believe any woman who cannot show they can afford to care for a child, including medical insurance and college tuition should be injected with depo to prevent their getting pregnant.  ESPECIALLY women on welfare.  Women on welfare should be first on the list to get the depo shot, or something similar, until they can get off of welfare and get a job.
I don't care if the woman is married to a millionaire, she should show that she can support that child on her own, with her own income, because we all know that more than half of marriages end in divorce, and can she support that child if she's single?  What if her husband dies?
Also, any woman who is retarded or disabled should be sterilized to prevent pregnancy.  I mean, we all know that retarded women can't possibly care for a child without assistance from the government.  And... well... women who may need assistance shouldn't be having children.
That way we will prevent any abortions from taking place to begin with.  No mistreated or neglected children that way.
Only rich, smart, well educated women should have babies!

.....look familiar? Including those first two words, 'I believe...'

You advocate for eugenics, and  either think we are so stupid we wouldn't notice, or you're so ignorant you don't realise it is eugenics.

Lol. Words don't go away do they?

Arizona,

You know you are just touting the opposite party line of O59 right? Neither of you, or people that are like either of you, help a damn thing really. If you keep things in the realm of rational and pertinent, then they may stay there and issues actually get resolved. The politicians count on cheerleaders to keep everyone off balance, and from focusing on things.

So I should shutup because i'm not a moderate ? No thanks, were going to be hearing about every economic failure for the next 8 years is still Bush's fault. I won't put up with that, particularly when the party in power is *trying* to increase citizen's dependence on the government.

Besides, me at top scream is still far more respectful than the typical Bush basher.

This puts things in perspective...andit's rightout of your article:
"Dreams are dreams. Facts are facts. President Obama is surrounded by corrupt lobbyists ready to sell America cheap. One good silver lining – if Obama Adminsitration’s corruption index is 10, Bush Administration’s was 95.
"

....*sighs*....

and again from the article you link to....

"...if Obama Adminsitration’s corruption index is 10, Bush Administration’s was 95. "

....do you ever actually read these things?

No, they just grasp at straws. I have tried to tell the kinkroids the dems may be corrupt but they are just amateurs compared to those repub pros. I mean we had Eliz Dole who made it to DOTrans. among others who were confirmed and did not pull out.

In most repub admins. you can't throw a dead rat without hitting a loobyist so Obama once again is supposed to fall on his sword when we see already a wall of repub resistance everywhere. They are slease who want to see him fail no matter what.

Yep, just like Jimmy Carter was blamed for everything that repubs did and some still do.

How could he increase ANY dependence on govt. when the capitalist and corporatists are already on the dole ? We have already socialized the scum...soon coming to your neighborhood.

Accomplishing a '10' in only two weeks! Two weeks in and to spin his actions as positive he must be compared to predecessor? He IS a great man! Forget his promises and commitment - It is verified President Obama's Administration is NOT as bad as President Bush....

...so far.

That represents a "CHANGE!" doesn't it!

Yea, they actually got...ONE ! So much work to do and so little time to do it.

So is this going to be the new Leftist slogan?

We may be bad, but we aren't as bad as him.

You can print it on t-shirts with an arrow pointing away from you.

Personally I keep waiting for you guys to shut up about Bush and start telling me all the wonderful things your party is doing, but I am not hearing much. Just more excuses about how its the past admins fault,

George Bush is not guilty of "mistakes" as much as the fact that he does not possess the oratory skills of Obama.  Think of it, Obama is actually succeeding in selling a social change program as a "stimulus" program.  For the "left" the biggest "mistake" Bush made was in going into Iraq but this is not based on fact but an ingrained intuitive negative reaction to anything that resembles action. I'm sorry if the left feels upset that George Bush did not give a damn about public opinion polls but the man had principles and did not waffle..unlike our new "Dear Leader" who will throw anyone under a bus that might hurt his image....(What is the "half-life" of a Pelosi these days)  Obama's popularity is already waning, Congress is sitting with a 33% approval rating, and the "Obama-Pelosi Stimulus Bill" approval rating is down to 42%!  I don't think I have ever seen a president with a "honemoon period" as short as Obama.  The man is still on the campaign trail and doesn't understand that he HAS the job...and now he has to perform.  You can't run the country with internet emails to a database of supporters and one/one interviews with liberal media pundits.  And please, Mr. President, show some respect for the Office and put on a suit jacket...your no longer a street community activist...this is the real deal!

Do you live with Obama? Have you seen him, talked to him, go to school with him?

So, do you know him?

He has inherited one of the very worst situations in history.

Let's give him a fuggin chance and do our part in our own lives to make this world a better place. Novel idea-that.
