KnightofMists -> Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 5:36:35 PM)

It seems there is alot of serious stuff when we start talking about BDSM.   People are often speaking about how to do it safely and how much a pain slut they  or that they do it because of some childhood experience are etc etc etc.  But are you havin fun seems to be forgotten  or at least it's not talked about as much as all the other stuff..  In the.. for me.. it's suppose to be fun.... I want to have fun and love to laugh!!!  laughing, giggling, joking, kidding, smiling are just as important as soaring into subspace or bending the girl to my will kind of stuff and maybe even more important at times.

I have had more than a few occassions where I have started laughing in the play and so have Alandra and Kyra.  I have on occassion laughed so hard that a pause was needed to catch the breath.  for me.. these experiences are rather important and even required to have from time to time.  I don't set out the scene to cause laughter.. but neither do I ever inhibit if that is the way the current is taking us.  I embrace it and encourage it.

So.. do you laugh?  how does it play out for you?

Seriously? I didn't know you ever cracked a smile.

And...I'll refrain from answering but refer you to my screen name. I like to enjoy myself. As many have said, "It's called 'play' for a reason."

MsFlutter -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 5:52:27 PM)

I do.. in fact I'm accused of having an evil little giggle. The reaction to some clever little bit of sensation play makes it difficult to keep a straight face. LOL - I can't help it !

Tachikata -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 6:03:00 PM)

I sure hope there is laughter. It would be such a drag to always be serious about this all this.

Great questions. I love to laugh. When I'm laying in bed with someone I love and she says something witty, I laugh.
When I'm tying someone up, miss a hook and stitch, and the ropes just fall down ... I laugh .. Hey, it's funny.
After I have tickled her till she cries ... I laugh.
When my ummms are being so gorgeous and grownup ... I laugh.
Life is full of funny moments. If you don't take the time to enjoy them ... why bother living.

Knite064 -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 6:03:14 PM)

Quite often when i meet someone they initially put on what i call their church face(very serious and intent on being a good submissive) I have a little saying for those times and that is...."my dear girl bdsm is nt a burden its a fu**ing joy" which usually breaks the ice.
Screwing up a scene in some way normally involves a moment of trying to figure out some BS to move on until i look at the face that knows fine well that ive just screwed up and both just start laughing.

Nice post its all too easy to forget getting the fun side across

be well

Do any other women laugh during oral sex.  I cannot stop myself.  I can take it up to a point, but then start to laugh and feel it totally ruins the mood.  Almost always feel the man thinks I'm laughing at him, which I'm not.

oceanwynds -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 6:24:07 PM)

Yes I do laugh. When Sir and I first started to discuss Ds etc., I mentioned to him that I tend to laugh during sex, or now sessions. It is a form of release also for me. Sir has a contagious laugh as well. Laughing is a good thing.

LadyPact -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 6:28:50 PM)

Of course I laugh.  What else does one do when one of those "BDSM bloopers" happens?

Vendaval -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 6:48:30 PM)

Part of my philosophy is to not take oneself too seriously.  I laugh in and out of play.  Humor is a great way to break tension and relieve stress.  Besides, in the scope of human activities sex and kink can be pretty damned funny, especially when someone misses a cue.

slaveluci -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 6:49:55 PM)

One of the funniest memories Master and I share is the first time we did waxplay together.  I had always thought I would love it but ended up pretty much hating it.  I liked it when big puddles would be poured on me but the little insidious drips hurt and pissed me off.  It felt like being stung by sweat bees all over.  I was tied to the bed spread eagle and blindfolded and gagged.  He could hear me swearing through the gag and I kept saying, "I hate this.  I'm not kidding!"  He could hardly restrain His laughter as He continued to drip, drip, drip and drive me crazier (and not in a fun way!)

To this day, when I seem to be disliking something or protesting He'll say "I'm not kidding" and we'll both break up laughing.  Well, I really WASN'T kidding[8D]

it's not something that I share to often outside of my girls

kallisto -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 7:08:46 PM)

I can't imagine being in a relationship where there wasn't laughter - even during play or a scene.   LadyPact said it - "BDSM Bloopers".  It's great when you can remember back to one of the "bloopers" and it brings a smile to your face or a chuckle to your lips.  [:)]

chiaThePet -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 7:27:27 PM)

Oh, I don't think there is anyplace here where laughter might be acceptable.

Laughter like anger are part of the human emotional make up and both can be devistatingly destructive if unleashed at the wrpong time or ditrected at the wrong prson without due cause.. Aye I laugh but like most emotions, I internalise more than externalise..

SultryItalian -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 7:36:57 PM)

I cannot help but to laugh when I am being flogged across my shoulders. I have no idea why, but it makes me let out an evil laughter.

My favorite phrase is, "Ow ow ow...Okay, I'm good." :P

The current Dom that I play with likes to tickle my ribs, which makes me do this weird shimming kick.

LaTigresse -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 7:37:03 PM)

I laugh all the time. I see humour in most everything. I even warn people about my obnoxious sense of humour. I am often the butt of my own jokes which is a good thing since it relaxes the people around me and allows them to laugh with me.

LadyPact -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 7:45:07 PM)

I was just laughing at that "let's do it" thread.  Dude said play with his penis and I'm thinking "sounds, anyone?"

I was laughing at the same thing Lady.

marie2 -> RE: Do you laugh? (2/6/2009 7:52:45 PM)

I haven't laughed yet.  It tends to be something that takes me to a non-humorous place, and so far, I've liked it that way.  Maybe I just haven't seen enough action yet.  Don't know.
