I'm not going to tease you. My puppy has a real strap-on fetish and can take between 12 to 18 inches and about 4 inches thick but this has been over a period of a long time.

Well you should have been more specific in your OP. If your looking for someone to tell you how deep your rectum is, maybe you should ask your doctor. As far as I know, once you hit bottom, that's it. Especially if you have been doing it for 6 years already.

pukie, I suggest you get an anatomy book and check it out. If you do, you'll see that from your anal canal (5 cm long )to your rectum (about 12 cm long). This adds up to about 7 inches at which point it takes a sharp turn to the right and becomes the sigmoid colon ( about 18" long )at which  point it becomes the descending colon .  At the top end of the descending colon,  it takes a sharp left turn ( think 90 degrees.)and becomes the transverse colon . Now, even a real cock won't bend 90 degrees , and then back another 90, much less a synthetic one. This is what is meant by reaching bottom.(Think the end of your rectal canal). Do the math. Unless you want to tear your colon ( not recommended ), you might consider being content with what you have.

Status: offline 		Suggest you look at some anatomical drawings of the rectum and colon.  After you get in about 4-6 inches, there is a sphincter at the top of the rectum, followed by the sigmoid colon.  The sphincter at the top of the rectum must relax and accept the object through; its not under the control of the conscious mind, so slow and gentle is most likely to give best results.

Sigmoid means S-shaped; in order to pass through it and enter the descending colon, an object has to go around a couple of corners, the last of which is pretty sharp and is at about the point you are experiencing difficulty.  That means the object has to be sufficiently flexible, and moved slowly enough and manipulated carefully to actually make it past those corners.   If it's too stiff, or if you just push it straight in, or if you expect to pull it way out and jam it back in, it's probably going to get hung up on one of those corners.  That can be  painful, but in endorphin-induced subspace isn't necessarily so.  It may just feel like a blockage, with a vague feeling of discomfort. 

Try to push past that corner with too much force and you can rupture the colon.  It's not muscular like the rectum, its walls are quite thin.  A ruptured colon is a serious medical emergency and even with timely medical care can mean death.

Individual anatomy differs enough that not everyone is going to be capable of taking the same size toy.   Experiment with different angles and positions, you may find something that enables you get things deeper.  Try different toys, don't be hung up on just getting fucked with a big strapon.  Thin and flexible is going to give more success than fat and rigid.

Status: offline 		While I haven't run into  the issue you noted, I do understand it in theory and the information Cjan gave you is pretty dead-on.  While I am super-enthusiastic about strap-on sex (Not as enthusiastic as Mal but, then again, no one is as enthusiastic about strap-on sex as Mal) and I understand desiring to expand one's limits and such but, as has been suggested, if you've been doing this for 6 years and your physical limit's seeming pretty well-established by your body, I'd feel inclined to be happy with what you're able to take.
